We loved using the pool and the patio/grill area. The view and the landscaping are beautiful. The owner was helpful and responsive; she supplied firewood and charcoal. Plenty of dining space both indoors and out. Good A/C.

We had an incredibly relaxing, peaceful, quiet getaway. The house is more than enough space for 2 people, well stocked kitchen, amazing scenery. Beautiful Mountain View’s, screened in porch, super serene.

Susan’s farm house was perfect for enjoying a relaxing getaway with plenty of space for multiple families and kids. All of the spices are very large and honestly it’s better in person than in the pictures. We would recommend it to anyone and return again! The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could need. And it was great being right on the winery.

We needed a place to hold us comfortably for an anniversary trip, and Jeff’s place sure delivered! He was quit to communicate with us about questions after booking and stayed in touch up to checking in to be sure we were on the same page. We even had a minor issue on a Friday evening and he was very quick to communicate so that our trip could stay on track! Home was clean and had everything we needed to make our weekend trip no stress. Thanks Jeff and team!

Our family of four spent two nights at Callie's Cottage. We had a great time enjoying the trails, fishing the pond, and watching the horses. Our kids had a lot of fun playing in the treehouse. The house was cozy, clean and well appointed.

We booked this Airbnb for our family and pups to stay at during our wedding weekend in Charlottesville. Miranda was super accommodating and responsive. Amazing stay!

Tyler and Erica’s place was so beautiful and quiet, clean, and private. They were great hosts, the home made protein balls they made were amazing.

Our kids had such a wonderful time! Between the game room, the hot tub, the fire pit and the huge field, they always had something to do. Our favorite part was the sunrise view from the bedrooms. Stunning!

This place is convenient, very comfortable, way above average and Dean is very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at Hunter's place. We went with our family of four (kids 8 and 6) and some good friends, also a family of four (kids 8 and 6). The place was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space, nice kitchen, lovely living room, big bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. You feel right at home when you walk in, directions were clear, Hunter was very responsive, and Hunter and Sara provide some great local recommendations of their favorite things around town. Good value and I would definitely stay again!

The house is beautiful and it was very clean. The surrounding views are great and if it was warmer out we would have really enjoyed sitting out on the back porch area. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

Our weekend girls' trip getaway to Susanne's pastoral family homeplace was absolutely wonderful, as this property is truly its own point of interest! While all bed/bath/kitchen provisions were top notch and well exceeded a typical amenity checklist, the thing that comforted us the most was a warm and open welcoming into the doors of this historic family home. From classic furnishings and sturdy wares, old photos and whimsical trinkets, interesting nooks and mysterious crannies, peaceful porch seating and delightful cow parades, abundant trees and beautiful flowers... we felt like we were right at home. Although we could have been perfectly content staying parked on the property our entire stay (and may plan to do just that for our next visit) we opted to enjoy a lovely drive for a day hike to a stunning waterfall in Shenandoah National Park, and went in to Charlottesville for some shopping on the pedestrian mall. We 100% recommend this historic property and Susanne's warm hospitality!

Hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The place was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Juan went above and beyond, always responsive and helpful with any questions I had about the home or the area. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, don’t hesitate—book it! We found the cream of the crop of Charlottesville Airbnbs right here! The house is awesome! So spacious with lots of light, beautiful flooring, comfortable furniture and the best beds for a good night’s sleep, it was perfect for our family group of sisters.We loved the modern kitchen which is so well stocked and equipped! The huge shower in the master bedroom was a real hit! All enjoyed the hot water, fluffy towels and luxurious bedding and of course the pristine cleanliness of the entire house. It was a lot of fun to barbecue and enjoy the outdoor ambiance too! Rachel was immediately responsive to my texts and questions. She treated us with true kindness and Southern hospitality! With this great host, great house and superb location in Charlottesville, I truly lucked out and picked a winner that provided the settting for memories for a lifetime!! Thank you, Rachel! We had a great stay at the Critzer House. It was just as described and perfect for our two families of four. Plenty of room for all of us to hang out together or retreat to separate spaces for some quiet time. The sunroom was great for starting the day with coffee and finishing with adult beverages. The location was ideal...30 minutes or less to incredible hikes, breweries, wineries, and distilleries. Easy walk to Blue Mountain Brewery for dinner after a long day exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

Overall was a great location to anyone wanting to enjoy the outdoors since the National Forest was nearby with gorgeous views! Or even enjoy all that the resort area offered! House was clean and the host was always made sure to get back to us about any questions that may have come up. Our kids loved that there was a game area as well that they could watch tv or game without having to give up the TV for the adults to watch TV.

We loved the house and the area!! It was so quiet and peaceful. We sat on the porch for hours just staring at the view! Great hiking trails nearby!

It’s a very cute house, we really enjoyed our stay. We had no cell service but there is WiFi so it all worked out great! It’s the woods so there are some bugs inside but nothing too bad. It’s a great place, easy to get to as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying here. The house is in a great location- a minute or less from downtown Crozet restaurants and shops and very close to many nearby attractions- less than 5 minutes from Pro Re Nata Brewery and less than 10 minutes to Septenary and King Family wineries. The beds were very comfortable and the two full bathrooms were great upstairs. The house was well stocked with spices and a full kitchen. We had a question about turning the heat on and the host responded almost immediately via the app- communication was great!
