This is the ground level of a multi-unit house. It is wheelchair friendly, with cathedral ceilings, a modern kitchen, and wide plank pine floors. The expansive deck will only enhance you experience overlooking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and owners are responsible for any waste. We want to be courteous with all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)

Welcome to Beau Sejour. Authentic Maine property with two brand new balcony’s overhanging the ocean. Attached to the lower balcony includes a staircase- offering direct access to water/beach. Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
