Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

A small cozy cabin nearby Võru city offers accommodation for 2 guests . House size 18 m2. Quite a private location. Nearby Võhandu river (700m), Olerex Cafe/Gas Station (1.2 km), Tamula beach (3.3 km). Available: WC, shower, warm water,refrigerator & freezer, kettle, stove, air conditioner for cooling, bed 180x200cm, BBQ (bring your own charcoal). Bed linen, towels, shower gel, toilet paper are included inside the rental price. The land unit has camera surveillance!

If you want to you will have chance to experience traditional sauna (additional + 60 EUR, there is also outside hot tub available + 60 EUR and take a fresh swim in a clear pond next to bathhouse. A quiet apartment in a green region. Hiking trails few hundred meters (Intsikurmu) or 5 min by car (Mammaste). The balcony overlooks the stadium, Intsikurmu and the surrounding forests. Põlva Cultural Center and the city center are a few (walking) minutes away. The apartment has a double bedroom, a cozy kitchen and a living room with a balcony. Nearby there is a good sport hall Mesikäpa (Kesk 25), swimming pool and saunas (Uus 3) and the best restoran (Uus 5).
