We invite you to experience a relaxing and rejuvenating 'Retreat' or Get-A-Way in our Tree Home Suite on Whidbey Island WA...just 1 hour north of Seattle. You'll surely transend the bustle of busy life and be transformed as you immerse yourselves in this incredibly peaceful and healing environment. Enjoy 'full-circle' views of rich woods in our 250 Sq ft Octagon Tree Home with a gorgeous cedar tree going straight up through the center of the living space! A solid stairway travels 13 ft above the ground, leading to the 10' x 12' covered deck and your doorway to heavenly rest and retreat! Surround windows and skylights in the roof peak allow you to feel what it's like to be completely immersed in a beautiful, serene, healing forest of cedar, fir, hemlock, maple, alders, varieties of fern...and oh...enjoy watching and listening to our 'resident' deer, owls, ravens, eagles and many other birds. Look up through the skylight roof peak to behold a seemingly unending kaleidoscope view of tree limbs circling their trunks as they reach high in the sky. Be sure to see all the photos posted above including views of the beach, water and stunning sunsets over the Olympic Mountains.....easily accessible, less than 1/2 mile away. This gem is best suitable for adults, but we do allow children 12 and older too. Three adults can manage better than 4 because the hide-a-bed is a 'half-way-between-twin-and-double' size. However it has slats and an excellent quality foam mattress so it does not have the typical hide-a-bed 'bars' to contend with, nor does it sink in the middle. We provide single-sized, thick and dense foam pads and linens when needed for extra people. Please feel free to ask us how we can best meet your unique needs. Accommodations in the Tree House include: Queen Bed, "Sort of" Double Hide-a-bed Sofa (see paragraph above), Desk, Dining Table, Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and DVD player. Duckless heatpump for heating and air. The electric 'Fireplace' adds warmth and ambiance. We provide a fridge (with freezer), microwave, dishes and silverware for prep and eating simple meals, warmed up left-overs, etc. We just don't allow 'cooking', using hot plates or fry pans, etc.... The fire pit may be used to enjoy a campfire and grill or roast hamburgers, hotdogs and marshmallows. Substantial cooking here with your own cooking equipment is not encouraged because that would require more extensive 'clean-up' than just a few dishes and utensils Our drain field is small and we want to keep the flow of gray water into it 'frugal' and biodegradable as much as possible. Your own private (and VERY cute) Shower House just a few footsteps away provides a shower, sink and state-of-the-art, no-odor composting toilet. We do have a porta-potty (marine type) on the deck of the Tree House for the middle-of-the-night needs so you don't have to trudge down in the dark to the composting toilet in the Shower House. Enjoy the wrap around porch and two balconies over looking Port Gamble Bay (part of Puget Sound) In the evenings enjoy beautiful sunsets over the forest on the other side of the bay and in the morning fall in love with the fog that clings to the trees across the water. The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Scenic waterfront property on Port Gamble Bay that includes oysters and clams! 750 sq feet one bedroom apartment above a garage. You will have access to the waterfront as well as use of two kayaks or you can bring your own. Bring your Mt. bikes or go for a hike in the nearby Port Gamble Trails. Quiet and surrounded by forest. Nearby restaurants, sandy beaches, Hood Canal, Olympic National Park. Named Boysenberry Beach due to the boysenberry bushes on the property.

Explore the Olympic Peninsula while staying in our bijoux tiny house nestled in the lush rain forest at Millie's Gulch. Sip your coffee (or wine!) listening to chattering birds and frogs. Grill a steak on the BBQ, light a fire in the pit and watch the stars peak out from behind the forest canopy. Read, relax, drive around to the local port towns or just do nothing - that's how we planned it. Small pets welcome - but please check with us before booking.
