Great spot to stay for a weekend in Richmond. The place was homey and John has done a great job in telling the story of the house renovations. It has some odd quirks but was a great place to stay. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest bringing earplugs as the windows are single pane and some noise will come into the room, however it is a quiet area and easy to walk to nearby cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is roomy for up to four easily. parking is available, low hassle and free. easy walks to the museum and Carytown streets. nice front porch and rear sitting area.

We stayed there for five months. Everything was nice and in order and was as described. The hosts were very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay on their property.

If you are looking for a safe, clean, and BEAUTIFUL place, THIS IS IT!!! Keith was responsive and helpful. EVERYTHING that you could want is within 2 miles, if not walking distance! And did I say the home is BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED and INVITING! It also has its own fitness regiment, just forget the keys upstairs and you will understand lol. I loved it! It allowed me to eat crumbl cookie and cupcakes from Whole Food with NO GUILT!! Great Place and Great People

Walker’s place was exactly as described. The house was spotless, well furnished and had all the kitchen tools needed to spend a few days away from home. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, with grocery stores, Walmart, target, and food options all within a 5-10 minute drive. The stay was super comfortable and would stay again when I return to visit family!

I had an amazing stay in Downtown Richmond for a convention. The host was very accommodating and communicative, they even let me check in an hour early with no extra charge. I would highly recommend this place, great for a relaxing vacation!
