It's 5'O-Clock Here On The Dock

Scotty and Lori have a beautiful river home. We didn’t get to stay long enough to fully enjoy the dock. But we did play games around the fire pit and watch a movie at the bar. Very relaxing atmosphere. We hope to bring our family back in the future!

Main Street Retreat in Top-Rated Beach Town!

This is such a sweet spot! Close to everything you need. Gorgeous courtyard. Cute house with awesome amenities (the kids loved the snacks). Our fav part was the cabana- great spot to relax!

Tide Retreat | Walk to Beach | Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Convenient location. Any and everything we needed was only 5 minutes away from the house. Really liked the game room! Walking distance to the beach! Although I didn’t need anything, the host made it very easy to connect with them at anytime. Very nice place.. Would definitely recommend this place! 10/10 for sure!

Old Town Home Outdoor Bar Game Area Quiet Location

We enjoyed staying here. There was space for the four kids, downstairs pool table, ping pong, basketball, etc. Yard had a nice tire and regular porch style swing that we loved. My 20 month old was able to walk around and be a toddler. I found blankets so I could easily make a pallet for my 7 month old in the living room to play. For nighttime, we had our room, the tween girls had a room with a tv, we brought two pack and plays and set the babies up in the 3rd room. It was quiet and roomy. We just all left our doors open at night. Noones tv bothered anyone else. There was jenga too. The openness of kitchen/living was something my family enjoyed. There’s a washer and dryer, which was helpful. I couldn’t get the remote to work in the main bedroom, but it didn’t take me long at all to find batteries in a drawer in the kitchen, and get it working. There is coffee and that’s always needed. We will def. be back at this nice, quiet spot when we have more time for this home away from home.

Cozy efficiency cottage near beach & entertainment

I really enjoyed my stay here! There was a private fenced in yard for my puppy to run around in and blueberry muffins with orange juice was brought to me on my first morning. The hosts were so friendly and responded immediately to any message I sent. It’s a very quick drive to the beach and the little downtown area with plenty of restaurants. The shower has a removable head so I was able to bathe my puppy when we got back from the beach. Definitely recommend staying here and if I return to the area, I would definitely use them again!

4-Bedroom Lakefront Cottage with Indoor Fireplace

This place is beautiful. It looks even better in person than the photos. The entire property is so pretty and peaceful. The living area is really large and it worked perfectly for our large family event in the area. We had a nice big place to hang out after the event. We used the kitchen to feed up to ten people with no issues. A note for coffee drinkers - you don't need filters for the coffee maker, it has a reusable one. We did run out of paper towels, and there wasn't enough dishwasher soap for how often we used the kitchen, so we had to provide our own. There also wasn't access to any cleaning materials so when we had a spill on the carpet we had to get our own cleaning supplies for it. That's not the owner's responsibility, just wanted to point it out for those coming later. You're going to love your stay here!

Chickie's Cottage, an idyllic getaway.

Chickies Cottage is a quiet and serene place to stay. The animals were fun to watch. Our kids loved petting the mini horse. It was such a break from our chaotic move from a different state. We would recommend this place to all of our family and friends. Thank you, Lavonne!

It’s a peaceful place in the bayou. Tom was a great host. If I’m in the area again, I’d absolutely stay again. If you’re looking for a high end kitchen go elsewhere. Appliances are old but all were clean and worked perfectly. Well stocked with spices and cooking supplies. Sheets were so soft and the ac was cold. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And was so happy to let my pup get some off leash time. Thanks Tom!

This home was exactly what I look for when traveling. Everything was super easy. We walked to the beach several times. My daughter and I even walked to Main Street and ate at a nice restaurant. Literally everything was convenient and the place was perfect. Had a beachy, cozy vibe! I look forward to booking this place again in the near future.

My sisters and I spent a weekend at Lisa's cute beach house and really enjoyed ourselves. Everything about the house was adorable and very clean and comfortable. The screened in front porch was perfect for coffee in the morning. We loved everything about our stay and are looking forward to another visit!

What a great place to stay. We felt right at home and relaxed. Within walking distance to the beach. The hot tub was a great bonus for us after the long drive. It was nice to have a full kitchen to use and the washer/dryer so we didn’t have laundry to do when we got home. Definitely on our list to visit again. Karen was great to communicate with.

We had an amazing stay! The house was incredibly spacious, spotless, and had such a relaxing and welcoming ambiance. Everything was just as described, if not better. It was the perfect place to unwind and feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.
