We had a lovely two night stay here while visiting Mount Holyoke college, doing a little hiking, and Six Flags New England. The place was sparkling clean, easy to find, right down the road from MHC - perfect for our needs (2 adults and 3 children).

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night and it was perfect! The bed was super comfortable and cozy. Lots of space and it was decorated very nicely. Robyn supplied us with extra toiletries and towels which was greatly appreciated and I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

A truly lovely accommodation with everything you need. It's more spacious than it looks in the photos. Having your own entrance, bathroom and even an entrance hall really makes you feel like the place is your own home, which is an absolute game changer especially for extended stays. Note that you are nonetheless staying in someone's house, meaning that you will inevitably hear the people upstairs sometimes, but totally within reason. The basic kitchen equipment was perfectly enough for me who was out and about most of the time (don't expect to be cooking up an elaborate meal) and I really appreciated coffee and tea being provided. There is a lot of attention to detail to make the most of the space which made me feel at home. Deborah is very proactive and responsive, and yet I felt that respecting my privacy was a top priority. I felt very comfortable and would return.

This place is a dream and Carol was such a kind and thoughtful host. We came here to celebrate my partner's birthday and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. The view the first morning of the surrounding hills in peak foliage was amazing to wake up to. And the big tub was so luxurious for taking baths. And it's a very close drive to Northampton and the surrounding areas. Our only regret was that we couldn't have stayed here longer. Will definitely save to come back and visit!

Jennifer’s place was as described. She was very responsive and helpful. The space was comfortable and she gave easy access to the hot tub. The location was walking distance to downtown which was great. The only downside was that it could be a little loud, not great soundproofing from the rest of the house, and while the street was pretty quiet, there is no front yard so the head of the bed is basically feet from the sidewalk. I only mention it because the noise could be an issue if you’re sensitive to that.

Really beautiful location right next to the water! There is a really nice walking trail right next to the home as well that is perfect for morning walks. The house is beautiful, and we really loved the outdoor firepit and seating area. would definitely stay again!

Cary’s studio is at the end of a tree-lined, quiet neighborhood street. With windows on each wall, the studio is bright & airy. Even on the dreariest early, spring days, there is ample natural light in the studio. I also enjoyed the deck, taking in the view, on sunnier days. There is easy access, walking or driving, to walking trails, Smith College, and NoHo Main Street shops & restaurants. One of the walking trails is accessible thru the Veterans Memorial Field. The living space is comfortable for relaxing and I really enjoyed the phonograph collection and jigsaw puzzle. I appreciated the work space & high speed internet, as I was working remotely while visiting my college student. The kitchen is stocked with the necessary cookware & utensils to easily prepare meals. Most grocery stores are located in Hadley, but for a quick trip, the State Street Fruit Store is within walking distance & open late. The bathroom is super clean. I will definitely stay at Cary’s studio next time.

We loved our stay at Kellsie's place! It was spacious and clean, and my family had fun playing pool. The view from the kitchen window and back deck is beautiful, and we enjoyed hearing the spring peepers at night. Kellsie was super responsive and helpful. We definitely want to stay here again!

A nice quiet place while I was visiting my son at Hampshire. A quick drive to Amherst, Hampshire, shopping, etc. When it was warm enough I loved the screened patio space. You could feel the breeze and listen to the birds. Very nice. The place was cozy, simple, and easy to navigate, great instructions and fast wifi.

We loved staying here! Check in was super easy. It’s a very peaceful spot, and super close to town. The place itself is very tidy, cozy, and comfortable.

Cute clean and convenient! Only thing is there is truly no sound barrier between the space and the home above, but other than that all was great!

We always stay at Azam’s when we are in South Hadley visiting family. Great location for us and his place has everything we need. We always feel welcome.

The room was like a nice little apartment. We felt right at home. Of course we also loved the house cat too! 🩷

From the very beginning, Joseph was responsive and attentive. The studio was clean, tidy and bright. I was impressed with how nicely appointed the kitchen was and I especially liked the sturdy and well made coffee mugs. There were even fresh apples and snacks!
