Kadie was quick to respond and gave authentic descriptions of her property. This is the perfect spot for two moms visiting their kiddos at UTC. We had plenty of room and the bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for us-looked like a super nice dorm room! The neighborhood is great and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. This is a gem of a place.

I would highly recommend staying with Paulina if you are in the Chattanooga area. The views are absolutely AMAZING! But even if it weren't for the view, Paulina's place is still easily five star. Everything is so neat and clean. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and there is also the convenience of the location! Close enough to all the attractions in the area, and yet not right in middle of it all. Just a wonderful stay; highly recommended!

It was awesome to sit in front of the windows over looking the river to watch the sunrise over the mountains. The place was clean and felt like home. It is very close to everything.

David was a great host (Joanna was out of town during my stay)! He was very responsive & had suggestions for local eateries and parks. I was there for work and had a big pickup truck, so my designated parking spot was a tight fit. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if I need a place for a week or longer.

It was very nice well-appointed, with everything we needed. Enjoyed the location. It couldn't have been much closer to the incline railroad. It was convenient to Lookout Mountain and the battlefields, and the local restaurants in walking distance were great

We stayed here for the 2025 Easter weekend. The description of the place in AIRbnb is accurate. There was parking for two cars. The area was safe and you are two blocks from the free trolley to get downtown. I would easily stay here again if needed.

This is a wonderful place to stay - and our third time at this location. Clean, close to SAU, comfortable with very amenities, nicely decorated, and great communication from Nina. Highly recommend!

Very nice basement apartment. Loved the deck. Wish it didn't rain for 2 weeks straight while I was visiting! Very well stocked, every kitchen item you might need.. and it was amazing to have fresh half and half in the fridge and coffee available upon arrival! The only downside for me was you can hear the upstairs apartment quite a lot if there are people on the first floor (voices, footsteps, etc.)

This house was wonderful! The location was walking distance to several great restaurants and fun things to do. Check in was very easy and the house was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. We loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings! We come to Chattanooga often and this will definitely be our go-to for a place to stay. The host were extremely helpful and responsive! The neighborhood, although it was industrial, felt safe and the home was a perfect space for hosting my small wedding and it is convenient to downtown. The porch is huge and allowed for ample space. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Great location on Chattanooga's North Shore. Very clean. Nice beds. Easy walk to grocery store, dining, etc. Just across the river from downtown Chattanooga. You need to be able to manage steps as there are a few getting in and out. Owner was very responsive and anxious to help us have a good stay.

Just an EXCELLENT home to stay with kids or a small group of family and friends. The Host communication was SUPERIOR!!! We had everything we needed and then some. The Netflix included was a very nice touch. Overall rating is a 10 out of 10 and we will stay here again in the future. Great Place to Enjoy

Fantastic place. Away from the main strip but tons of restraunts/stores and fishing areas within 10-15 minutes from the house. House was great with everything you’d need to be comfortable. Owner was very responsive and helpful! Would stay again!

Place was very clean and spacious without any clutter. Bedrooms were also free of clutter and clean. I enjoyed the Shower that had Good water pressure - feels good! Truly enjoyed the shower!! House was not far from downtown which was also a big plus!

This condo is very clean and the photos in the listing match exactly. It is very easy to find and located close to restaurants, bars, and all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. In fact the Parkway Pourhouse restaurant is located directly across the street from this condo and has great food. The host Shaun was very helpful and accommodating. He checked to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Check in directions were clear and concise and were easy to follow. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Chattanooga that is comfortable, clean, and close to everything then look no further. You won’t regret it. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

It was very clean and not too far from everything we wanted to do. While we were only there with another couple for the weekend, they also have it well equipped for traveling with children. Recommend!

It was my first time in Chattanooga and this was the perfect place to stay! We visited for a few days during the week and Katie’s place was absolutely perfect for our needs. Clean, wonderful bathroom and kitchen, great location that was just down the road from a beautiful coffee shop and walkable to so many things. Her thorough instructions and house guidebook / manual were greatly appreciated. The space itself is clean, beautiful, cozy and modern. We felt right at home. I would absolutely recommend Katie’s space, thanks for everything!

Great price for location being close to everything in Chatanooga. Accurate description and clean AirBnB. Very nice and responsive hosts. Very clean! Easy checkout which is hard to find with other rentals.

The condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities of home. The condo was exceptionally clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Kenny was nice enough to provide information on the mattress when I asked him what type of mattress it was! Kenny provided a list of local recommendations, which was very helpful. The location was perfect and there were many great restaurants within walking distance. I have to say, Kenny really was a "Super Host." He was very responsive and easy to communicate with. And he provided great snacks, plenty of bottled water, and coffee (all much appreciated!).

My husband and I greatly enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo! It was accurately described and very well stocked with everything you could need. Getting into the condo was very easy. It was also nice having an assigned parking spot. It is very accessible to multiple parts of Chattanooga. You could very easily walk to Parkway Pourhouse across the street, which had wonderful food and drinks. Brad was very responsive and checked in with us multiple times.
