Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

The Space You will be staying in a private, self-contained recently refurbished studio comprised of a bedroom/lounge area, a kitchenette, dining area, and large bathroom. There is not a fully equipped kitchen, but there is a microwave and Russell Hobbs mini oven. A toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery are provided. There is a small fridge, and washing machine in the kitchen area. The bed is comfortable and fitted with good-quality sheets and bedding.

This is a 35 sqm studio/ensuite with its own separate access. It's very close to the beach and Takapuna Village where there are more than sixty cafes and restaurants. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space including the pool, the handy location and good access to public transport. It's a short stroll along the beach to the Takapuna Beach Cafe & Store for the best Brunch in Auckland. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
