It is a place where you can relax to the max. It is a beautiful, clean and well-kept house. Spacious rooms and a kitchen with everything you need. The terrace of the house is spacious and has an extraordinary sea view. Also, the yard is very beautiful and constantly maintained. I communicated very well with Maria whenever it was necessary. It is a place to which I would return with great pleasure and joy.

We were 7 people and we all loved our stay here! George is an amazing host - he's very kind and friendly, he was making sure that we have everything that we need. The location is great - next to the beach and just 10 merers from the taverna!

From the very first day here we felt the assistance and support of the hosts! They are very friendly, always open to help and communicate. The place itself looks the same as in the pictures with a great garden full of fruit trees! We like it here very much! Supermarket is close, beach, bakeries etc. just 3 mins by car! It’s very convenient, it’s calm and peaceful here! We advice everyone come and feel all the fresh sea air here one day! It’s worth it! Thank you once again, Alexia and Stathis and allllll the wonderful pets you have!

The house is really great, not big but functional, with a beautiful garden witch we used the most. The kitchen is very modern and have almost evrything you might need. If you have active kids, the park in front of the house would be really helpful. The beach in front of the house is good, quiet and relaxing, with small rocks at the entry and than sand. Tessa, the host, even if we didn't meet, was very nice and receptive. She left lots of wellcome gifts for us and also gave us a lot of useful information. From our point of view is a great place to stay at a very good price.

Ευχάριστο μέρος, κοντα στη θαλασσα στο τελευταίο μπιτς μπαρ της μεγαλης Παραλιας του Μαρμαρα. Ο κηπος πολυ περιποιημενος, με λαχανικά και διάφορα φυτά. Κυκλοφορεί κι ενας γαιδαρακος εκει κοντά, ακουγονται προβατακια απο το διπλανό αγρόκτημα, κοτουλες... Οποιος θελει μια σύντομη επιστροφή σε κατι τόσο όμορφο, ειναι ο, τι πρέπει. Ο κ. Γιάννης, ο μπαμπάς της Αγγελικής, πολυ εξυπηρετικος κι ευγενικος.

Stayed for four nights with 2 friends, big house with 3 bedrooms for 6 people , common living area , one bathroom , enormous yard with olive trees and 2 freely roaming very friendly dogs. The property is just behind Sunny bay camping , 100 m to the beach , 20 minute walk to the village of Metamorfosi. We had a great and prompt online communication with our host and were welcomed by her parents who live on the ground floor allowing for flexible check-in and check out. They were very helpful and hospitable. We had a minor accident and broke the shower in the bathroom so our host cooperated very quickly calling for a plumber the next I definitely reconmend the property , great value for money and super close to the beach

The garden was really very very nice. Forget about everything else, the garden is enough to decide to stay here. Plus the only-3-minute-walk to the beach. We were two families (with one kid each). I, my wife and son stayed in the caravan. It was much better for us since we are actually caravan people. The other family stayed in the house which was small but enough for 3 persons. Using separate spaces is great when you are two families. The stuff in the house and the caravan may seem old at first, but they are both clean. I felt very comfortable in the caravan. My friend who slept at the sofa in the house had slight complaints but it is no big deal (I think). There is a shower in the garden, as well ad the garden is just as it looks in the pictures. All in all, you spent most of the time in the garden (if summer) which is great, especially if you have kids. Sarantis was so friendly, nice and helpful. He even helped us with the internet connection which did not exist before us.

Aikaterini and her daughter are amazing, very kind and hospitable hosts! The sea is in your backyard, the beach is secluded and peaceful and the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely love to visit again!

Beautiful and peaceful place, amazing and caring hosts, very friendly, kind and communicative; welcomed us with food and gave us fruits and jam throughout our stay, made us feel just like at home :) perfect if you’re looking for a retreat, away from tourists. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely recommend!

Wir waren 5 Tage in dieser herrlichen Gegend - Mitte September war der lange Strand (besonders wenn man ein Stück Richtung Develiki gegangen ist) fast menschenleer. Im 5 km entfernten Ierissos gibt es viele gute Restaurants und 2 große Supermärkte. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, darunter hat Eva eine Wohnung, die sie nur zu Ferienzwecken nutzt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Olivenbäume und das Meer ist wunderbar - wir haben sie schon beim Frühstück genossen. Wohnung geräumig und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles funktioniert. Sehr sauber. Für Naturliebhaber sehr zu empfehlen!

Винаймали апартаменти на 9 днів, залишились приємно вражені. Все відповідає опису і фото. Власниця привітна, зустрічала по приїзду і проводила по закінченню відпустки. Локація чудова для усамітнення, до моря йти хвилин 5-7, пляж дикий, місця всім достатньо. Спуск до моря крутий, враховуйте це. Залишились задоволені на всі 100%, рекомендую ці апартаменти 💕🙌🏻

It was a real pleasure to stay at Vasili's home. A very well situated place, calm and quiet, the best thing is that, besides the great and large porch, there is also natural shadow from the big tree in the yard. The house does have absolutely everything - from a flly equiped kitchen to the barbeque in the yard. Definitely going to visit it again next year with my family.

Een hele rustige en fijne plek (het was nog geen hoogseizoen). Dimitris gaf fijne tips voor in de buurt om te bezoeken en te eten. Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en eigenlijk wel meer dan dat (strandspullen aanwezig, babybed, peuterbed, speelgoed).

The place is amazing, right on the beach. The house is equipped with everything needed. I highly recommend it for a great vacation. Kostas is very nice and friendly, he responded very quickly and he let us check in a bit early because we arrived earlier than expected. Everything was perfect the only small minus are the neighbours who were not that friendly and complained few times about the noice, but we were with small kids and tried to keep quiet as much as possible.

This was just an ideal location for our family vacation. A very nice and comfortable house with a very spacious and well maintained yard. We wanted to be at very quite but cosy and comfortable location and villa Esmeralda have provided us just that! The house is located in a very quiet residental neighborhood - 3-4 minutes driving from the beach and 7 or 12 minutes driving from the nearest villages (depending which one you want to visit). Both villages have everything you need: supermarkets, small shops, tavernas, restaurants, pizza places, pharmacies etc. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay and beyond that! Dimitrios and Esmeralda are great hosts, very welcoming and helpful with advices that may be useful during the stay. We loved every second of our stay and hoping to revisit soon! Thessaloniki is just 30-35 minutes driving in case you want to mix your experience with some city dynamics during the day and return to absolute peace and "nirvana" on the second part of the day. Overall a great experience! Would highly recommend to families with kids that want to stay away from crowd and enjoy their holidays on their own pace.

Das Haus ist in einem makellosen Zustand, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgerüstet was zum Urlauben gebraucht wird. Strand, Einkaufs- und Abendaktivitäten sind in 3 Minuten fußläufig erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit Antonis war einwandfrei. Ein herzlicher Empfang von Antonis Mutter Fotini und seinem Bruder Jannis hat uns bei der Ankunft erwartet. Es gab eine Einweisung inkl. Rundgang durch das Haus und kalte Getränke (Wasser, Saft, Wein) waren für uns bereit gestellt. Wir haben uns in sehr wohl gefühlt und sprechen eine 100%ige Empfehlung aus! Very nice location, few steps from the beach. Quiet location, in walking distance you have everything you want and need for living: supermarket, butcher, restaurants, bars... I recomend this location to familys with small childrens. We really enjoyed staying here and will defenitly come back.

Снимките и описанието бяха съвсем точни. Хубава къща, налични са всички удобства за комфортен престой, както в кухнята, така и в останалите помещения. Благодаря, на семейството на Николас за топлото посрещане и комплимента в хладилника!

Wir waren Mitte bis Ende Oktober bei Ioannis und haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Abgeschieden und alleine (im Sommer wohnt die Schwester im ersten Stock) liegt diese Wohnung im Stil einer alten Landvilla mit idyllischem Garten - ein Mietauto ist hier Pflicht. Dafür kann man von hier aus Touren ins Umland starten oder den in der Nähe gelegenen Strand genießen. Der Weg geht eine kleine Böschung hinab, mit unseren beiden Kindern (4 und 7 Jahre) haben wir den Weg aber gut hinbekommen. Gefährte mit Rädern oder Wassersportgeräte sind eher schwer den Hang hinunter zu bekommen. Der Strand ist ca. 2m Breit und es geht flach hinaus - mir etwas Schlick - dafür ist man komplett alleine - und kann gut schnorcheln. Ein Strand von 10km Ausdehnung beim Schiffswrack ist in 15min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ioannis war fantastisch - und immer zu erreichen sowie sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
