Our Adirondack dream home in Northern Lake George was lovingly rebuilt with lake life in mind. Designed with the intention of creating a space for family and friends to converge in a setting that immediately says "relax and enjoy". What was an unlivable property has become a home people return to over and over to enjoy the magic of Lake George and the pristine Adirondacks. Although our nights are typically cool, our home offer air conditioning in each room. Tv/Cable in bedrooms and living room.

Year-Round Lake George Access, Easy Walk to Beach

Direct Lake George access, steps away from Gull Bay Beach & Boat Launch. Striking views from one of two decks & easy access to the property’s private dock (beam of no more than 8’). 3-bedroom/1-bath home sleeps 7 (2 sets of bunk beds & one queen bed). Living room & dining area feature vaulted ceilings & three means of accessing the decks. Kitchen is equipped with an electric range, pots, pans, dinnerware, glassware, utensils, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster oven & more.

Heron Bluff on East Creek

A modern, private retreat overlooking East Creek situated on 114 acres of fenced pasture and woodlands. 35 minutes from Middlebury, Heron Bluff abuts East Creek, a haven for wildlife -- and an ideal getaway for paddlers, anglers, cyclists, birders, hikers... families, couples, artists looking for tranquility and inspiration. Guests may kayak on the East Creek from a private dock, hike nearby Mount Independence Park, bird watch, and be at peace. Starlink Internet. Bedrooms have window A/Cs.

ADK Beach House

Bring your family/ friends to the Adirondacks and enjoy our beautiful home minutes away from Lake George Village, and the race track in Saratoga. Relax on your private beach or kayak, paddleboard or float on our tranquil lake. The main level features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a bedroom and full bath on the lower level. Both floors boast their own kitchen and living spaces with fireplaces and televisions. Enjoy the lake views from both levels with amazing decks/patios gas grills and fire table.

Cabin at Lake's George/Champlain

Guests will enjoy a private one bedroom apartment that is attached to our log cabin in Ticonderoga. Our central location between the lakes provides quests easy access to everything the Adirondacks have to offer. We are 1 mile from the boat launch in Lake George and 3 miles from the boat launch on Lake Champlain and historic Fort Ticonderoga. The town beach on Lake George is within 3 miles. Hiking in both NY and VT. Main street Ticonderoga is just 1/2 mile away. 18 hole golf is within 3 miles.

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. We also have the West Cabin available for your family and friends.

Graphite MTN Retreat

Graphite MTN Retreat is located .75 mi from the Hague Beach/Boat Launch on Lake George and 20 mi from Lake George Vil. Fully renovated, this home has industrial style finishes to pay tribute to the towns 1900s graphite mining boom. With modern amenities, fireplace, smart TV, and A/C you will find everything you need here. Outside, there is off-street parking with a level II EV charger, back deck, gas grill, outdoor dining, fire pit with ADK chairs, and the Hague Brook right in the backyard.

Somewhere In Time

We love the change from hotter summers in Maryland. Our kids and cousins were free to discover for themselves the forest and streams around us in absolute safety. Sometimes we have roaring bonfires under brilliant starry skies after night dips in the lake. The best clay tennis courts in the East are just 2 miles down the road in Silver Bay . The people here start conversations with total strangers and step forth from pages of Andy of Mayberry and the Great Gatsby...we love being with them.

Summer View Lake House

One of a kind year round lake house in the most peaceful setting on all of Lake George! Summer View is where you will find a relaxing vacation, stunning views, modern amenities, and an overall memorable vacation for years to come. Paddle-board around the protected bay, rent a boat and go out on Lake George's peaceful north end and return to your own dock space, sip coffee during the sunrise on the screened porch and head over to your private beach with views of rogers rock for the sunset!

Waterfront Vermont Lake House w/ Panoramic Sauna

Waterfront on Lake St. Catherine, with almost 100ft of private lake frontage and a view that's hard to beat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or from inside our new panoramic barrel sauna. Explore the lake by kayak or canoe — both included for guests. Keep an eye out for both bald eagles and loons. There's also a fire pit for evening s'mores — firewood included as well. Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.
