De Blockhut is een uitvalsbasis naar Amsterdam (25 km) Leiden (12 km) Noordwijk aan Zee(13 km) Zandvoort (13 km) en Haarlem (14 km) De Keukenhof is op loop afstand vanaf de Blockhut Winkels restaurants en supermarkten zijn om de hoek. Een mooie badkamer met toiletartikelen en haarföhn. De volledig ingerichte keuken met o.a. vaatwasser, was-droogcombi.
