Tony's place was very clean and comfortable. The house was just as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. The house is in a great location if you are visiting the Amish country. The drive to Millersburg and Berlin is beautiful and close. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood to pick up some snacks and deli items at the local Amish grocery. Tony was a great host with providing water, snacks and coffee; he even had decaf coffee! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others.

What an Awesome Getaway for us! Extremely Clean and Ruth and Marvin are Wonderful Hosts! Seeing the Farm and Flowers come together right in front of our eyes. The Hershberger’s are hard workers and the kindest couple! So glad for the opportunity to stay at this beautiful farm house! This stay was my wife and her friends for a mom getaway weekend. Everything was clean and as pictured. The house was super comfortable and had everything needed. Each lady had their own room/bed and they were all very comfortable. The only complaint, which isn't the home owners fault, was the water pressure. The shower in the upstairs really struggled but then main floor was fine. Again, not a big deal. Our host was super helpful and responded quickly. We were 5 minutes or less from some delicious restaurants and a small grocery store, which was helpful! We definitely recommend if you're looking for a cozy, quiet place to unwind.

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The house itself was very clean. It had tons of space for everyone that came down for the weekend. The game room is such a huge bonus to this stay, we ended up spending most of our time in here. The hot tub is also great and works perfect. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

This home is very well taken care of, and we really appreciated the owners coming down to actually visit us and speak with us and asking us how things were and how everything was going for us, why we were there and just was an amazing conversation. This was a gorgeous home. We had the whole upstairs. Beautifully decorated. Spotless. Cute kitchen, well stocked. Homemade cookies were left for us on the kitchen table! The owners greeted us when we arrived. A wonderful place to stay!

The place is very welcoming and clean. We walked away with a lot of design ideas and they came up with creative decor for such a unique space. The area is within walking distance to one of the best coffee shops I've visited (Indian Beer Cork & Coffee). So many great shops nearby within walking distance. It's also a short drive to the downtown area.

We had an excellent stay! The hot tub was nice and the view exceptional, considering how close you were to town, yet you still felt like you were in the country. The home was a little old fashioned with a bit of an older smell. Very spacious, open concept, accommodations are great! Thank you for an excellent weekend stay.

Nancy and Bill were the best hosts. Their property is honestly a little piece of heaven! My husband and I had such a wonderful weekend celebrating our Anniversary. If you want a super peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, then I would HIGHLY recommend!

This property was such a special place. We only spent one night but would love to come back soon. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and with such beautiful antiques. It was also extremely clean. Hostess communicated well and was very proactive. I highly recommend this property.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Close to everything and it was very clean. Easy parking and easy access. Place was bigger than expected. It was the first time we visited this area and we loved it. We can’t wait to come back.

I came up to Cadiz for my step-dad's memorial service. It was a beautiful, yet emotional trip. It was so nice to come back to the room in the evenings, and even more to wake up to the deck over-looking the nature and being greeted with bird song. The room was clean, with all the basics I could need. The weather kept going back and forth from warm to cold because of spring. I was grateful for the extra heater. I would stay here in a heartbeat again. I could hear the other guest a little in the house, but nothing distracting. There are Many steps to get to the room. So if someone is elderly, or has difficulty navigating stairs, this would be the only thing to take into consideration. The family was responsive when I had a challenge with the lock on the door. It was very clean and the bed comfortable. Very sweet room and view. It was the perfect place to stay for me.
