I put a lot of love and effort into renovating and designing every detail to create a cozy, unique atmosphere. Located in Gudauri, New Gudauri Loft 1 Apartment offers a casino, restaurants, supermarkets, free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. The apartment building, built in 2018, is located 50 meters from the ski lift. The apartment has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen cable TV, an equipped kitchen with a washing machine with a fridge and a stove, and 1 bathroom with a shower. This is the favorite part of the city of Gudauri among our guests, according to independent reviews. We speak your language!

Apartment is in the center of Gudauri. Only few meters from Gondola ski lift (RedCo Loft2 Apt#357) It offers ski-to-door access with free Ski depot on the reception level. fully equipped kitchenette. Indoor pool and spa for additional fee as well as Casino are located in the neighborhood. Big supermarket, also couple of restaurants and bars are located in 50 meters from the apartment. RedCo also offers couple of well equipped outdoor playing grounds for kids.
