We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

Our clean and sanitized place is quietly located in a beautiful and friendly area that offers parking. You will also love being close to downtown New Braunfels that offes a large variety of restaurants and plenty of nightlife. There's also Schilitterbahn, Wurstfest, rivers to float, Golf courses, and Gruene Hall just 6 miles away. A little further out is Natural Bridge Caverns and Fiesta Texas. Cottagecore Apartment - Hot Tub - Quiet, Country

Cozy, 450 sf attached apartment outside New Braunfels - 4 mi. from Comal and historic district, 5 mi. from Guadalupe and Gruene, 11 mi. from Canyon Lake. Explore by day, then escape to a greenscaped acre home. Relax in the hot tub or sip wine by the firepit. Kitchenette has toaster oven, microwave, and electric skillet (no stove). Apartment is small, bathroom is REALLY small (shower only), but we have everything you need to be comfortable.
