Great apartment! Condominium felt like a hotel with various amenities! Parking was easy, check in was easy, and the apartment was spotless upon arrival! Also has some beautiful views surrounding it!

Der perfekte Ort für die An- und Abreise in Costa Rica! Die Wohnung ist erstaunlich ruhig, obwohl so nah am Flughafen gelegen. Innenausstattung, Ambiente und Sauberkeit einfach Top! Der Check In und Kommunikation mit Gastgebern ist unkompliziert. Wir kommen in drei Wochen wieder 👍🤗.

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

Our stay with Erin and Peter was outstanding. Their place was beautiful ~ we spent almost every evening watching the sunsets from their back patio. We enjoyed the hot tub and we loved that it was removed from the hubbub of Atenas but close enough to walk and enjoy the friendly and quaint town. Erin and Peter were the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had… super friendly and accommodating. Just truly kind and good people. Erin is a massage therapist and if you’re interested, you should definitely get a massage with her as she’s very skilled! We look forward to staying with Erin and Peter the next time we visit beautiful Costa Rica.

Sergio was an amazing person! When I had trouble figuring out how to use the stove in the kitchen, he responded quickly to my message and helped me right away. Also he was always very sincere and attentive, even with small concerns. I really appreciated his hospitality!

El apartamento es demasiado bonito una vista impresionante, aseado con utensilios a fácil acceso para mantener la limpieza, súper completo la cocina tiene todas las comodidades para la preparación de alimentos y una gran variedad de utensilios y muy espacioso la sala de estar y comedor son justos para compartir con libertad de espacio, por último y muy importante la atención de don Miguel es muy precisa, oportuna y muy cordial, brinda indicaciones claras y responde en tiempos cortos de espera. Sin dudar lo recomendaría el precio es justo y el lugar es muy agradable. Una particularidad es que en el condo las personas en general son muy respetuosas y amables.

Jason’s place was well appointed and the complex was nice. Pool and facilities also nice. We were off the street enough that it was also very quiet. Easy access to groceries and restaurants. We never felt like we needed a car and Uber and DiDi is very easy and cheap from the apartments. Thanks Jason.
