Hier befindet sich das neu ausgestattete und renovierte Appartement mit großem Wellnessbereich. Die 2-Zimmer Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Wohn-Essbereich mit Schlafcouch für 2 Pers. sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Für Dein Auto steht Dir ein überdachter Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Der große Südbalkon bietet Dir einen Blick in das romantische Gsieser - Tal sowie den Ausläufern der Dolomiten. WLAN und Bluetooth-Box stehen Dir ebenfalls zur freien Verfügung.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Der Unterweckerlerhof liegt in St. Magdalena im Gsieser-Tal, nahe an unserem Mischwald. Vom Balkon aus kann man des Öfteren verschiedenen Wildtieren wie Rehen, Hirschen oder Feldhasen dabei zusehen, wie diese aus dem Wald huschen um zu grasen. Genießen Sie das imposante Vogelgezwitscher während Sie auf der Liegewiese an der Hofstelle entspannen, lassen Sie sich von den Bauersleuten über Wandermöglichkeiten beraten oder erkundigen Sie sich über die vielzähligen Skitour-Möglichkeiten im Ort.

Nel periodo invernale, ottima posizione per gli appassionati di sci di fondo e di sci alpino. A 5 minuti dall'anello della Val di Casies e dal Nordic Arena di Dobbiaco. A 15 min dagli impianti del Plan de Corones e di Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 min raggiungerete il lago di Braies e Dobbiaco, in 15 min San Candido e Valdaora, e in 20 min sarete Brunico.

Appartamento mansardato quasi interamente rivestito di legno antico e arredato in modo tradizionale, dotato di zona giorno con ampio divano letto e smart tv, tavolo da pranzo, cucina attrezzata con tutti i principali elettrodomestici compresi forno e lavastoviglie. l punti di forza dell’appartamento sono lo spazioso balcone rivolto a est con vista su Santa Maddalena, per godersi il sole del mattino davanti a una bella colazione, e la nuovissima sauna privata in legno di cirmolo.
