This beautiful countryside house is located in village Radovčići 15 km to small town Cavtat and 30 km eastern from the historical core of famous town Dubrovnik and just 3 km to local beach and supermarket. (very well equipted where you can buy all food and daily fresh meet ) House Rilovic consist of two bedrooms,bathroom, kitchen and living room, swimming pool, garden with courtyard, barbyque,2 large covered terace, parking. All this gives a unique atmosphera and complete privacy. ( first neighbour 200 m ) Near by (3 km ) there is a restaurants with domestic food and family farm where you can enjoy horse riding. The bus stop is 150 meters away but the lines are quite rare ( 4-5 times daily ) so we recommend car. It is available for 4 person. The house Rilovic leaves no guest indifferent, either one is looking for an active holiday or idyllic peace in nature. Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju,koji se smjestio na krajnjem jugu Hrvatske, u malome naselju Ljuta. Zvuk rijeke i ptica stvara opuštajuću atmosferu. This beutiful secluded 5-bedroom villa with an outdoor pool (43m2) is located in Konavle, Dubrovnik's countryside. This house was originally built in 16th century and renovated in 2017. The house (250m2) is luxuriously equipped and air-conditioned. Besides 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, there is a modern kitchen, two dining areas, a living room with a piano and a fireplace. Some of the facilities are 6 smart TVs (satellite), free Wi-Fi, free parking places in front of the house.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

This apartment is located on the first floor of a stone house in the countryside village Radovcici near the Dubrovnik airport. It is an ideal location for a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. The location provides privacy while still being close to some major attractions. We recommend renting a vehicle during your stay. Parking is free and available at the location. The closest supermarket is 3.5km from the apartment. Dubrovnik is 35km away and Cavtat is 15km away.
