Lucrezia was responsive and helpful. The house is nice and peaceful, in the contryside. You must have a car to reach it. Overall a good deal if you don't want to stay in the city

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

Ein Paradies! Schwierige Zufahrt, die belohnt wird. Eine traumhafte Villa mit spektakulären Blick auf die Hügel der Toskana. Toll restauriert mit modernen und klassischen Anteilen, dazu noch eine absolute Ruhe, rundherum wunderschöne Natur. Ein Highlight: Der großzügige Indoor-Jacuzzi, wir haben eine wunderbare Woche gehabt, danke!!

Sono stato in questa casa in collina e l’esperienza è stata davvero speciale. La vista sulla città è mozzafiato, soprattutto al tramonto, quando il panorama si illumina e regala momenti indimenticabili. La casa è accogliente, pulita e immersa nella quiete, ideale per rilassarsi e ricaricare le energie. Iacopo è sempre stato disponibile e gentile, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza con cortesia e attenzione. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e una vista da cartolina.

L’alloggio accogliente e ben curato, nei dettagli. Molto ben inserito nel contesto dei colli bolognesi, dove verde e natura sono protagonisti. La host, Laura, è stata accogliente, disponibile e precisa nelle indicazioni. C’è tutto l’occorrente anche per una buona e ricca colazione. I dintorni offrono tanto soprattutto rispetto a passeggiate, trekking, storia dei luoghi, tour gastronomici… Insomma, non ve ne pentirete.

Beautiful traditionally-styled small two-story house in a great location in Lucca. If you're looking for a large kitchen or lots of lounge space this probably isn't the place for you, but if you want a great location and lots of character in your accommodation, this is perfect. Although the kitchen and lounge spaces aren't large, the bedrooms are a very good size. Elizabetta was a great host.

The apartment is very spacious and cozy. It was very clean and it is located in a small and quiet village. It could have a few pots to make cooking easier but the rest was great. The owners were very kind and responsive.

Anita was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome, she even rescued us from Lucca one evening when we couldn’t get a taxi. One evening there was a musical play in the garden which sounded beautiful even though we were too tired to attend. We managed the whole 2 weeks with bikes, it’s a 15 min cycle into Lucca. The apartment was very traditional and had good facilities. The swimming pool was wonderful. We ate outdoors on many occasions which was very peaceful. My only negative is parts of the outdoors/furniture could do with a refresh but I guess it’s coming towards the end of a long hot Summer. Overall we loved it ❤️

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

We had a really good time there, the surroundings were really beautiful and peaceful. We'll definitely recommend if you want to be in a pefect, calm place in the heart of the nature. At the arrival we were gifted with a wonderful bottle of red wine. Thank you for your hospitality again.

Abbiamo fatto 4 notti a cavallo di Capodanno in 14 persone, la casa era splendida e corrispondeva perfettamente all'annuncio. Davide è stato un host fantastico: gentile, educato e premuroso.

Siamo stati solo 3 giorni e purtroppo abbiamo incontrato cattivo tempo, ma questo non ci ha impedito di sfruttare l'immenso giardino che con due bambini piccoli è stata la salvezza🙂 La casa offre molti spazi (eravamo due famiglie) lasciando modo di avere la giusta tranquillità e privacy all'occorrenza. Alessandro è stato molto disponibile e gentile e la sua mamma, che abbiamo conosciuto prima di andarcene, è una signora molto simpatica e affabile.

Deborah ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. So eine tolle Gastgeberin hatten wir noch nie. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Toskana und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können Deborahs und Katias Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

John è stato un padrone di casa splendido. Sempre disponibile ed attento, ci ha messi a nostro agio fin da subito. La sua villa è bellissima, immersa nel verde, con una vista mozzafiato sulla vallata e tutti i confort.

Gorgeous place, incredible views, lovely friendly little town just up the road. Excellent value.

David's place was perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not too close as to get all the foot traffic and noise. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed (great kitchen, good wifi (as my husband needed to work while there), comfortable beds, modern appliances, everything we needed. We even had use of a bicycle which is a definitely something necessary in Lucca! David was very responsive and helpful (despite the time difference between us). He put a guidebook together which was perfect in getting us started on our stay in Lucca. We truly enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at her place. Instructions for Check In were shared prior to arrival and she always reacted very quickly to any question. The flat was as described and in a very good location to explore the city. Overall, I‘d fully recommend it.

Great Airbnb in the heart of the city! Super close to the old town, also well communicated with train station. Anthony was a wonderful host, always helpful and was answering all messages very quickly. We were also allowed to store out luggage in the airbnb since our flight was late in the evening. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Andrea's condo for a month, and can't say enough abut how great it was. Well-furnished kitchen, super clean overall, and just a mere 10 minute bike ride ( I rented a bike down the road for the month) to the Lucca wall, the train station, and the Coop supermarket. There is a great bakery (Forno Ghilardi), a butcher, and Trattoria "Da Ildo" less than 10 minutes walk. Cycling into the nearby hills a visiting the outlying villages was great, and the locals are very cycling friendly. Lucca itself has so much to offer in terms of cuisine, the arts, and sights, and even though it is a tourism mecca, it has to be one of the friendliest cities I've ever visited. For down time, my favorite thing was gilling in the yard at Andrea's place and enjoying dinner al fresco in a quiet neighborhood with views of the surrounding mountains and meadows. I can't recall why I chose Lucca in the first place, but staying at Andrea's was definitely the right choice, and I will come back.

l'appartamento di Bianca è veramente molto carino e curato.... tutto nuovo e funzionale.... ci siamo trovati come a casa....unica cosa: attenzione a non accendere troppi dispositivi contemporaneamente perchè salta la luce !

We enjoyed our stay! We especially appreciated the sharp knives in the kitchen, the garden in the back and the fact that there was plenty of hot water for showers. It was a short walk to the walls of Lucca. There was also a booklet in the apartment with recommendations for restaurants and other suggestions which was nice. You can hear cars passing by on the road in front of the house so if you’re a light sleeper I would recommend bringing earplugs. We would stay here again.
