Apartment has private, keyed, outside entrance, 55" tv w/ several streaming services, double recliner, bathroom, jacuzzi/shower, wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer, dining table & chairs, & kitchenette (fridge, microwave, hot plate, coffee pot). Huge fenced-in yard gives lots of room for your pet to run around.

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Build a fire and relax in the pavilion by the fireplace or sit around the fire pit. Guests comment that they sleep so well in the room. Walk to property to see the chickens, horse and donkey. Just a great place to just relax! We have added a small chair that converts to a bed (not very comfy) if you are traveling with kids - we can squeeze 3 in.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located 20-30 minutes from Tusculum College and Greeneville and 45-50 minutes from Johnson City. A beautiful country farmhouse with a view of the Smoky Mountains and a hot tub to relax in. Our dear Grandma Hannah lived here before she passed away in February of 2023. We want the place to be a testimony to who she was—loving God and people and always friendly and hospitable!
