The Park and golf course are our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens our neighbours. Lavender Farm is a short walk too and Brands Hatch 10mins drive. With its large open plan living area, fast WiFi and workspace, many guests work from home. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a generous sized bedroom. Sarratt has 3 x pubs with restaurants, a village store, Post Office all within a 5-10 min walk. On the edge of the Chilterns with stunning walks, it is a 15-20 min drive to Leavesden studios and Harry Potter World.

Please note we have close neighbours so can't host parties or weddings.

A car is essential. EV charging is not available.
