Beach House - A Perfect Sea View

We are happy to offer a private one bedroom apartment opposite the Point Lonsdale Front beach. Overlooking the bay, Port Phillip Bay heads and the shipping channels, the apartment is 10 years with modern fittings. The Apartment Fully self contained with a small kitchen, large dinning/ lounge area and private bed room with a comfortable queen bed. It has a private balcony with uninterrupted views of the water. Ideally sleeps 2 but can comfortably accommodate 4. There are two single divans in the lounge dining area. Across from the property is a safe swimming beach and within a short walk is the surf beach. Location Easy access to the village shopping centre ( 5 min walk) whereby you can access a supermarket, chemist and cafe's. Public transport is located in the village centre (bus services into Geelong). It is an Ideal for base to visit the surrounding areas have to offer- the Great ocean road, Queenscliff, Bellarine and Mornington Peninsula. Point Lonsdale is located 1 and half hours drive from Melbourne or easy access from the Geelong train station via bus (30 min). Avalon airport is 45 min away with a shuttle bus service to Point Lonsdale. Please confirm for availability before making a reservation request as we do rent it out thru other outlets. Our beach home is situated on the Esplanade in Portarlington with views of the city, bay and You Yang Ranges. Relax and unwind and watch the sunrise over the bay each morning. The surrounding area will provide many things to do for all ages wine, golf, water sports and beaches. Only 1.45hr drive from Melbourne. Wifi, Nespresso coffee and wood fire! If you need to sleep 10 there is a king bed and small bathroom available extra charges apply. Allergy sufferers please note we are pet friendly

Endless Summer Surfside Cottage Ocean Grove

The Surfside cottage is nestled among Ti Tree's and is only 300 metres walk from the main beach. It is one of the primo central locations in Ocean Grove. It can easily accommodate 5 and is self-catered accommodation. Sorry No Pets. You provide your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. Doonas, pillows, blankets, flatscreen TV, DVD player/library, washing machine, gas stove and cooktop/utensils provided. Living area has a winter log fire (byo wood), split level a/c and ceiling fans for cooling.

Our beautiful home is directly opposite the beach in the heart of historic Barwon Heads. Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.

Whilst we can’t guarantee a private beach, this is as close as you will get. 15 minutes walk 1.5KM from town, with a safe and quiet swimming beach right at your front door. 3 bedrooms with queen beds upstairs, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen downstairs with a bar / second kitchen upstairs, 2 living room's BBQ area, and a balcony with awesome bay views. (Downstairs 4th Bedroom for the mobility impaired on request) You will never want to leave St Leonards on the Beach.
