It was a perfect place to stay, perfectly clean, quiet location, well lit, accessibility to shops, market, restaurant, transport. Close proximity to railway station. All in all as perfect as one expects and even beyond. I love the place.

Little Retreat is relaxing and in a great location. We didn’t use the spa but it looked inviting. The bathroom was fresh and clean and I appreciated the Turkish towels. To me it felt like bush meets beach. It is bushy all around the accommodation and the lake. It felt relaxing and private. I really appreciated the electric barbecue to cook on. Suzy and Rick were easy to communicate with. They obviously love sharing their property.

We needed a self contained apartment in a hurry for a week, that offered secure parking, accessibility to shops etc, that had AC, kitchen facilities and washing machine. Joannes place had it all. It was just what we needed. Thanks for a good stay Joanne and all the best

Beautiful comfortable place, very easy to get in, secure carpark, with a beautiful view of the marina. Peter left detailed instructions for check in which made things extremely easy. Apartment was super clean but just watch out for the ants they are very quick if you leave any food out! Would definitely recommend and come back

Julie is a very generous & reliable host! Her place was described accurately, was incredibly clean & she supplied us with numerous household items. Julie’s place was in a safe area & all needed resources were within walking distance. Her housing charges were reasonable & she was very clear & precise in her communication. Julie was the best host we’ve had!

This place is located in a quiet area just off the main strip and very close to the train station. Plenty of space, was very clean and the balcony very large. It was a great stay and would happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lorianne’s apartment. Easy access via pedestrian crossing near main entrance across to Forest Hill Chase. It’s a busy road but no noise in the apartment but rather birdsong looking over the greenery & creek at rear of complex. A perfect location. The apartment is so well designed with lots of storage and so well designed. Very clean, cute & cosy. Lovely decor & a gorgeous outlook from the great balcony. We would definitely stay there again as it was very homely and comfortable with such a lovely outlook. Lorianne was a great host who responded very quickly to answer any questions. Thanks Lorianne.

Justin was a personable and lovely hosts. Justin met me and set me up with our stay in the beautiful suite and help me arrange an amazing in room massage (coming from a massage snob the contractors Justin uses are 10/10!) as well was giving us vouchers for the tea house we had planned on visiting. Ling gave us a tour on his beautiful veggie garden and even gave us some of his produce including a zucchini bigger than my arm! He also gave us a wholesome lesson on how to grown certain vegetables <3 Room was spotless, beautiful, private and romantic. We had a lovely Valentine’s Day here! I would definitely recommend this accommodation (especially if you want to earn some brownie points with a partner ;-) )

We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The location was great—peaceful with beautiful views, and close enough to explore the local suburbs. Our kids especially loved looking out at the scenery and roaming around the area. Julie was a responsive and thoughtful host. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to others. I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

The apartment was immaculate and spotlessly clean when I arrived, the comms from Mark, my host were great. The location was perfect and only a couple of minutes walk from Auburn train station which took me to the centre of Melbourne in about 20 minutes . I will definitely book with Mark again on my next visit to Melbourne.

Great location near a lot of things. Beautiful place to stay, with city views at night. Highly recommended to stay if your in Melbourne.

upon entrance to the building noticed immediately it was very secure we made our way up to unit entered to breathtaking view of the ocean off the main balcony and then noticed all 3 bedrooms had same views. the unit itself was very well appointed with extremely comfortable beds and linens and reclining couches in living room and an extra large tv to view at night. extremely convenient washer and dryer in main bathroom and all bedrooms had automatic room darkening blinds. the amenities on 9th floor were great to have use of. Ample parking was easy and 2 spaces available. The library on main floor has great books. Would highly recommend booking unit if in Frankston area. One small glitch was off sight pick up for key for someone not familiar with area thus may be confusing
