Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

Jasmine Cottage is set on the historical country estate of Broadfield Hall. Completely independent from the main house, but close enough to enjoy the amenities, the cottage is a perfect place to unwind. A historical building but totally refurbished and offering a luxury escape. Dog friendly, but must be booked.

The Annexe is a delightful mostly self-contained living space in the shared grounds of a 17th Century farmhouse. Surrounded by countryside, but a short drive/walk to the historic market town of Bishops Stortford. It is also only 35 minutes on fast trains to central London and Cambridge, and less than 15 minutes to Stansted Airport. The Annexe is a recently built, oak framed accommodation within a peaceful setting, fully equipped with all amenities to enhance the getaway experience.

The Barn is set on its own plot of land next to the main house with a large fenced garden, patio area with BBQ and a horse field a few metres away to gaze out onto. A characterful building but totally refurbished and offering a contemporary escape with all the amenities you would expect at home.

Manor Farm Barn

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We have renovated one of our Barns to a high standard and comfortable space and although we are in the heart of the countryside we are also within easy reach of London and Cambridge. We have great pubs within 3 miles and lovely country walks from the front door. Due to the nature of the barn position parking is on our main yard that we use and via gates. You must be a dog lover as we have 2 friendly dogs 2 pet sheep.

Guest Annexe in Anstey, Herts

Enjoy the stunning views of the Hertfordshire countryside from our ground floor self contained annexe set in 6 acres of gardens and paddocks in the quiet village of Anstey. Secure parking behind electric gates. We have ponies, chickens and a dog. There is a large pond with waterfall which is a lovely place to sit by and relax. Lots of countryside walks and a friendly local pub who serves excellent food. We offer a discount of 40% for bookings 7 nights and over
