Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

A stunning barn conversion recently completed in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, Grassington. Our home offers incredible views of Wharfedale and is ideally located for a short walk to the main street, shops, cafes and pubs. There are plenty of adventures to discover on the doorstep with the underfloor heating and log burner waiting to warm you up on your return; or if the temperature permits a patio area to sit outside and watch the sunset over the dale.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The farmhouse has been recently renovated with underfloor heating throughout. Located directly on the Nidderdale Way it is a perfect location for cyclists and walkers.

Grassington is a delightful village and the property is a stone’s throw from the village square with its three pubs and local shops. It is in an ideal location for exploring the delights of Upper Wharfedale, whether out on the fells, by the river or in one of the many attractive villages.

Our riverside cottage is on the River Aire in a quiet Yorkshire village near Skipton. It is a haven for wildlife and recently otters have been sighted in the river. Ideally placed for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. In addition to the river, Gargrave is on the Leeds Liverpool Canal and the Pennine Way. There is a lock box for convenient self check in.
