Cassidy Homestead Guest Cabin

If you're looking for an authentic rustic Montana cabin experience with modern amenities, this is your place!! Situated between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, this quaint rustic cabin is located in the small hamlet of southern Hall just off I-90 and 10min from Philipsburg. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, and was built by homesteader Carl Cassidy in the early 1980's. His skillful primitive aesthetic and use of recycled materials gives the cabin a feeling it was built in the 1880's.

This cozy guest cottage is located three blocks from downtown. Unit is detached from main house and accessed off the alley adjacent to garage. Cottage has separate parking and beautiful views. This approximately 140 square foot space includes a half bathroom (no shower/tub), microwave, fridge, hot water kettle, desk, and queen bed. Smart tv/wifi and bluetooth speaker. An affordable, comfortable option for solo travelers or couples who just need a good spot to crash. New window AC in 2025.

Our Little Cabin- Life As It Should Be

2026 Summer - aahh day time temps 70s to 80's perfect!! Evening temps? A breath of Montana mountain fresh air conditioning. "Our Little Cabin" is so quiet you can hear birds sing, deer snort and if you want, yourself think! Located in a meadow/wooded rural setting and approximately 8 miles from Philipsburg. This rustic cozy 1 room cabin is comfortably furnished for a relaxing stay. The cupola allows for stargazing from bed, a 1890's wood stove provides warmth and ambiance.

The Pburg Chalet

The Chalet is the perfect accommodation to enjoy everything the Philipsburg area has to offer! The house offers large windows in the main rooms of the home, allowing for ample light to enjoy the mountains. There are three bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a bunk bed that is a single over full, and a third with two single beds,) that provide privacy for a multiple family party. The house is a mere two minute walk down to the main street of Philipsburg.
