Lake Cabin #3: Lupine Village at Grand Lake

Near the center of Grand Lake, steps from the historic wooden boardwalks of Grand Ave & just a couple blocks from the largest natural lake in Colorado, our 6 small cabins have welcomed adventurous travelers since the 1930's. Today, Lupine Village still provides exceptional hospitality at the western gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park, with comfortable cabins that are sparkling clean &  thoughtfully updated with modern amenities & extras that make each cabin feel like a home away from home.

You've found the perfect cabin for your trip to Winter Park. Cozy, w/a queen bed & a single, pull-out couch. Small kitchen or -on a nice day- grill on back deck near creek. Electric fireplace adds ambiance. Tiny kitchen w/appliances, Keurig &dishes. STEPS away from Cooper Creek Town Square restaurants & Hideaway Park’s concerts. The City of Winter Park has trains going through the town, which adds to the charm. We love pets/dogs! 2 or more dogs require extra $10 per dog one-time cleaning fee.

Our lodge is 3 miles from the charming town of Grand Lake & 7 miles from the Western Gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Cozy up to one of our 12 themed cabins nestled up to the canal. Enjoy the comfortable atmosphere of the mountains by our 2 communal fire pits. Year around fishing, hiking, and new Gameroom. MLL was built in the 1950's; these authentic rustic cabins are the perfect retreat. Onsite are 3 outside security cameras for your safety. One camera is located in detached Gameroom.

In the Spring through Autumn we offer a canoe, 2-kayaks and paddle board from our private dock where you may fish and play on the water all day or relax by the campfire while you roast marshmallows and enjoy family laughter. GL town is 1 mile away from the cabin. RMNP is near as well Let us spoil you with a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and spa like bathrooms. Come enjoy a relaxing get away in our small studio cabin where the old meets the new! This 90 year old cabin is rich in history with its rustic exterior and has been finished out with a modern design inspired by wildflowers on the interior. The cabin is just south of Grand Lake, It is extremely easy to access via car, has a great view of Rocky Mountain National park, and boasts all of the modern amenities to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Welcome to Moose Mansion, our peaceful A-Frame escape sitting just off the North Fork of the Colorado River. We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. We renovated the cabin to bring all the comforts of home to our "home away from home" in the mountains. Our family has made many memories here, and we're hopeful you'll be able to do the same.

Entire brand new, modern & bright cabin. We lost the cabin in 2020 in one of the largest wildfires in Colorado history, and just finished rebuilding. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

Nestled on a hilltop with gorgeous snow capped mountain views. Your cozy mountain getaway awaits with a hot tub surrounded by mountain views, porch swing, wild life, vinyls and record player, grill with outdoor dining, spacious deck + fire pit, lake views, colorful sunsets, fully geared up kitchen, and 12 minutes drive to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Peaceful Mountain Retreat This beautiful, newly remodeled, Cabin is located on Wood Pecker Hill in the Historic Town of Grand Lake with walking distance to the sandy beach, the boardwalk and the classic hiking trails of Rocky Mountain National Park. It is a stand alone, family owned cabin built in 1903, in the most quiet part of town. Please note! We cannot accommodate for RVs, Boat or Snow Mobile Trailers. 4 Wheel Drive is recommended in winter. Welcome & Enjoy your stay!

Classic Colorado A-frame on the creek

This charming A frame is so cozy! The living room, dining space and kitchen greet you right as you walk in. The house has a wonderful layout for families, with bathrooms on the main level and the walk out basement, and two living areas. There are large decks off the front and back of the house, adirondacks and picnic table allow taking in the gorgeous view and listening to the seasonal creek very comfortable. Two parking spaces and snowmobiles can be parked right off the road.

This wonderful cabin is perfect for a quiet mountain getaway throughout the year. It is ideal for families eager to enjoy the cozy indoor atmosphere and the great outdoors. Our home offers the authentic log cabin experience. It has a spacious covered deck and large windows providing stunning views. Located in the Columbine Lake community it is just 5 minutes away from both the historical center of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Grand County STR permit #113190

That Dam Cabin, too!

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.
