I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, everything was fantastic. The property is impeccably clean, which is a huge plus for me as someone who is germophobic—it truly exceeded my expectations. The large master bathroom was a wonderful addition, and I especially loved how dark and cozy the bedroom is, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The breathtaking views of Grand Lake are definitely a highlight! As a real estate investor, I appreciate the high standards of this property—it’s simply amazing! The convenience of having a Keurig machine is a nice touch; just remember to bring your favorite K-Cups. Plus, there’s covered parking available, adding to the overall convenience. For downtime, you'll find plenty of books to read and games to enjoy. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience! A great location with easy access to the lake for our purposes. Cozy clean condo, just as described and a seamless check-in/out process. My buddies and I stayed here for an ice fishing trip and the condo was a comfy reprieve at the end of each day!

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! Quiet and cozy and the beds are just like sleeping at home. Highly recommend this location when needing a large home for a trip. Our two families of five each had a great vacation here. Each level has its own bathroom and living space and plenty of room for all your gear. It is easy to walk to the ski lifts and base area, or drive and drop off skiers in just a couple minutes. The property manager is very responsive and addresses any issues promptly.

Excellent property in a beautiful and quiet location. Just what we needed for an early spring getaway. Would love to return in the summer to take advantage of lake activities right at the doorstep! Everything was truly excellent.

The other guests and I loved our stay at John and Kimberly’s! The bus to the mountain was a quick walk from the home, the was location perfect for skiing and access to the resort.

Very fun place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone plus a couple extra in the office space. House was clean, hosts were responsive, and it was easy to park. The fireplace kept the place very warm. Over the 3 months that we were there, it only had trouble once or twice.

We stayed last minute and it was super convenient for spring skiing!

Loved it. The place was very clean and supplied with anything you would need to be comfortable. Close to Winter Park and plenty of nearby restaurants and breweries. The hot tub was also very clean and worked great. The unit also includes a garage which is nice, you just have to make sure the garage door actually closes. The door sometimes stops after a quarter of the way down and goes back up so you may have to try a few times to get it to close.

Great place to launch into Winter Park activities—5 mins from tubing central. Hot tub was a nice plus. 1 block from Safeway made it easy to pick up dinner after a long day out to prep for our family. Will certainly return here the next time we are in town!

We loved staying in this home. It is a brand new luxury, modern townhome in a great location right between Winter Park and Grand Lake. It was easy to get to and didn’t require extensive instructions. The deck is huge with a hot tub and looks out onto the golf course with great views. There was a little bit of construction going on but it wasn’t too noisy. We had the windows open the whole time and it was quiet and peaceful. It is very spacious, open, and clean. It was the perfect place to unwind and unplug. We are definitely looking forward to coming back! Thank you Dalton!

The place was even better than we expected. The photos don’t do it justice. Everything was perfect and will certainly be a great memory. I would love to come back. As we were leaving the last day we even saw a moose out our front door, so cool.

Kylee's place met all our goals during our month long stay in March. The internet was fast enough to support two TEAMS calls at once as my family called in to work. Also, it was quick 10 minute drive to Winter Park and there was a shuttle stop very close by but we didn't use it. I liked the old fashioned fireplace which we used most nights. There were lots of comfy beds to accommodate my family when we had 3 couples up for a birthday celebration. The west facing deck was nice to sit out on and enjoy the sun at the end of a ski day. Also, there was an out door grill that worked well when we cooked steaks. On snowy days the parking lot was cleared fast and it's only 15 yards or so from where we parked to the front door of the home.

Loved this home. Hot tub was awesome. Great central location. Close to everything. Would stay again!

My family and I had a great time in Winter Park. Access to Lift Bus and local eating was extremely convenient. Heated pool spa and gym made it even better.

It was a nice experience to stay at the house. The house is very clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and responsive. Will come back again next time when we come to Fraser.
