MEACres Sea - seaview pool villa

The Villa features amazing panoramic sunset views of the surrounding hills as well as beaches and islands. The property is less than 100 meters from the beach and also features magnificent views. The beach is pebble and sand mix with crystal waters. You can have a Quick run to the beach and swim out to the sunset. Miholascica is a quiet beach village situated in the beginning of Martinscica bay. This location is a great spot to enjoy serene family time and explore both Cres and surrounding islands. The nature on Cres is still untouched and pristine full of nature reserves. The north of Island Cres is mostly covered in ancient rain-forest Tramuntana where you can also see old ruins witnessing migrations of old settlements (dates back to Romans). The villa has access to garden and pool from it's cozy living room, and also has 2 spacious bedrooms with balcony on second level. The secluded and private sitting area in the garden also features a wonderful sea view, a pool and a barbecue, and you can spend many pleasant and serene moments there during your stay.

This villa surrounded by greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² pool is filled with salt water. On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

Thank you for checking out our apartments. We are located in Linardici, on Krk island (between bigger centers Malinska and Krk). The apartments have two floors and a big terrace with a pool and a stunning sea view. The apartments are great for families with children, couples and a group of friends. They can host up to 10 persons (5 per apartment). Your pets are welcome. The beaches are approx 2 km away. Nearby there are restaurants offering local specialties. The grocery shop is within 1 km.

The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Charming and very private cottage. Because of its unique vibe, our cottage got the nickname “Love nest” and it is ideal hideout for honeymooners and couples with young children :) We recommend you come by car, we are on a remote part of the island. Krk Island has 80 lovely beaches. You can access our nearest beach on foot - however it is 1km away and a 15-30 minute walk. There is very little public transport around the island.

Apartments "Nina" (6 persons) - Calm near the sea!

The house is situated in a calm zone, not far from the beautiful beaches and a little port. It has a big garden where the guests can rest, grill, and the children play. A swimming pool is in front. It is a new furnished and renovated (2020.) comfortable apartment, on the first floor. Ideal for 6 people. It has two big bedrooms, a living room with sofa-bed, kitchen, bathroom, a balcony and terace. It has see view and is air-conditioned. The house has free private parking and wi-fi.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.
