Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock und mit 2 Balkonen ausgestattet- wir haben es uns auf dem Südbalkon nachmittags gut gehen lassen! Die Küche mit Mixer, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Gasherd haben wir oft und gerne genutzt. Toller Ausblick vom Esszimmer auf den Park. Gute Anbindung an die City- wir waren mit Rädern unterwegs, aber die Tram ist gleich ums Eck. Der Supermarkt übrigens auch. Kommunikation mit Michel war schnell und präzise. Perfekte Wohnung für 1 Paar und 1 Kind. Wir kommen nochmals wieder!!

Nous avons passé 2 agréables soirée dans ce logement idéalement situé. il a été très facile de rejoindre le centre de rotterdam en transport en commun et de découvrir la ville. il y a unnpetit vengre commercial à proximité du logement ou nous avons pu faire quelques courses. Le logement en lui même est confortable, propre et calme ! nous recommandons !

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und äußerst zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und würden immer wieder kommen.

We stayed twice at this lovely house both times for over 2 weeks. It felt like home.

Alloggio molto bello. Zona giorno molto ampia e luminosa con cucinino a parte e terrazzino. La zona notte in un secondo piano con camera da letto e bagno ampio. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa con la metro vicina. Quartiere intorno con molta natura. La host sempre disponibile. Consigliato.

Anita und ihr Mann sind sehr nett. Sie wohnen nebenan und helfen direkt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und direkt an einen kleinen Hafen. Die Metro 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, zur Stadt ca 30 min zu Fuß erreichbar. War wirklich toll.

Die Wohnung war wunderschön und wie auf den Bilder. Es hat uns annichts gefehlt. Perfekte Lage, ca. 30min Fußweg bis ins Zentrum. Bestens weiterzuempfehlen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Optimale Lage, sowohl die gemütliche Altstadt mit Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf als auch der Bahnhof sind fussläufig erreichbar und trotzdem ist das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen. Auch den « eigenen Garten » haben wir sehr genossen. Den Haag und das Meer, aber auch Delft und Leiden , alles ist in rund 30 Minuten mit Bahn oder Bus problemlos erreichbar ( und erspart hohe Parkgebühren). Katja und Maurice reagieren bei Anfragen sofort und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

We had four perfect days at the Bed&Broodje. Ingrid is a super nice and caring host. She prepared the best breakfast. Every day she brought different rolls or croissants or special treats to our door. We always had syrup, sprinkles, peanut butter and cheese at the apartment. The beds are very comfy and we all slept very good (including our little kids). Our daughters loved the garden with the hammock and chickens around the house..they always stayed outside searching for fresh eggs...but also inside the house we had plenty of games and books to discover :) All in all we loved our stay with Ingrid and would definetely come back any time!! Wir waren über das Osterwochenende mit 16 Personen in Karels Haus. Alles ist sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist riesig, so dass selbst bei Regenwetter ausreichend Platz gewesen wäre, um auch mal in kleineren Gruppen was zu machen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass das Kochen auch für eine große Gruppe Spaß macht. Bei schönem Wetter sitzt man draußen sehr idyllisch. Es gibt viele schöne Plätze, an denen man sich aufhalten kann. Die Kommunikation mit Karel was super. Er reagiert immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit, kümmert sich und hat uns sogar bei der Organisation von Leihfahrrädern unterstützt. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen: die Mühlen in Kinderdijk sind sogar mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, Rotterdam mit dem Wassertaxi und De Biersbosch ist auch ein schönes Ziel. Die Unterkunft ist also in jedem Fall zu empfehlen. Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen ist, dass das obere 4er-Zimmer kein Badezimmer hat und man für die Toilette bis nach unten laufen muss

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft rundum wohlgefühlt – und unsere Katzen ebenso! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern strahlt auch eine entspannte, stilvolle Atmosphäre aus, in der man sofort abschalten kann. Besonders das Badezimmer ist eine wahre Wohlfühloase. Alles war sauber, liebevoll gestaltet und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Die Gastgeberin ist super hilfsbereit, freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar – man merkt sofort, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

We really enjoyed staying at Moon and Maartens place in Utrecht. It is a beautiful, modern home in an older neighborhood that has a lot of character. It is really close to the old city center of Utrecht, but at the same time the neighborhood is nice and quiet with a lot of families. And being able to park easily was really nice as well. The area has plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and shops if you don't want to go into the city. And even though there were big road constructions going on when we were there on the big road nearby (Amsterdamsestraatweg) there are plenty of options to take a bus, train or bike into the city (or elsewhere) within a 10min walk from the home. Moon and Maarten are super responsive and really great hosts who will make you feel right at home when you are visiting!

Die Kommunikation mit Karlien war sehr gut! Trotz langer Verspätung unsererseits aufgrund einer Autopanne wurden wir von Heleen sehr freundlich empfangen und über die wichtigsten Dinge der Unterkunft informiert. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und hat eine optimale Lage. Wir wurden vorab über Parkmöglichkeiten, Strände und andere Orte informiert, so dass wir einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt in Den Haag hatten. Der Garten hat wunderschöne Blumen, welcher nach einem langen Tag ein schöner Ort zum entspannen war. Wir durften die Fahrräder der Familie benutzen, welche ein absolutes must-have in Den Haag sind und uns somit viele Wege erleichtert hat. Außerdem ist jede Etage und jeder Raum mit Sonos Lautsprechern ausgestattet, womit man überall im Haus problemlos Musik hören kann. Wir empfehlen jeder Famile oder Freundesgruppe diese Unterkunft zu mieten! Danke an Karlien und Heleen für diesen schönen Aufenthalt <3

Wat een fijne mooie klassieke Haagse woning. We hebben hier 2 nachten met veel plezier overnacht. Gezellig bij de open haard naast de kerstboom. Spelletjes doen aan de grote tafel. Fijne bedden in goed verduisterde slaapkamers. Mooi centraal gelegen met bushalte voor de deur voor uitstapjes in Den Haag en omstreken. Sofie reagert snel en vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader.

Absolutely the most organized hosts we have ever encountered! Before we even arrived, Kim and Michiel were helpful and communicative and remained so during and after our stay. They arranged someone to greet us at the residence. The apartment has everything you could ever want. We loved the work office, exercise room and balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. They provide a thorough house manual and a things to do sheet that we referenced many times. Sandra was also wonderful. Everything about the home runs smoothly. The location could not be better! We enjoyed seeing the swans hatch and all of the local interests are within walking distance. Our stay was a month long. We would love to return someday. Thank you for the most wonderful experience we could imagine.

Nous sommes ravis de l'accueil d'Astrid et Nico. La chambre est spacieuse, claire, très agréable avec son petit balcon, confortable et décorée avec gout. La salle de bain et les WC sont parfaits et très propres. Le bus passe devant la maison et est direct pour se rendre au centre ville, ce qui est très pratique. Astrid et Nico sont des hôtes charmants, prévenants, disponibles et leurs conseils nous ont toujours été utiles. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et ne pouvons que conseiller un lieu et des hôtes de cette qualité. Si vous avez envie de passer quelques jours à Rotterdam, n'hésitez pas !

I highly recommend staying in DAniels Apartment .It,s beautiful and very comfortable , located in an incredible area close to the Best museums and parks of Rotterdam Daniel is an incredible host! Do not doubt to stay here!!! You will love it!!

As host already mentioned that in case of mobility issue please do not prefer this place. There are stairs to go up. I am fit so this was not a problem for me 😂. Wifi is too week as I have used my mobile data so no problem for me but please consider asking the host about the current status of Wifi. Rest was Clean, beautiful and great accommodation. I really like their home 🖤.

Appartement très beau et calme. Superbe terrasse et balancoire intérieure très appréciée de mon fils ! La baignoire est spacieuse parfaite pour le bain des enfants. Kris etait tres reactif et sympathique. Ce qui nous a le plus plu, c'est qu'il s'agit d'un réel AirBNB habité par une famille de Rotterdam et non d'un enieme appartement acheté pour se faire de l'argent sur le dos des touristes et priver les locaux d'appartement.

We had a great stay in Rotterdam at the apartment. It was in a great and calm location just on the river and was a short walk to the center.
