Dijkcottage is located on a park called 'De Poldertuin' and because of its location it provides complete privacy. IN 2027, RENTALS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE PER MONTH AND FOR A MAX. OF 4 PEOPLE. Geweldig huis op een unieke locatie aan de Reeuwijkse plassen. Een plek om heerlijk tot rust te komen, varen, zwemmen en vissen. Maar toch ook vlakbij interessante steden, zoals Amsterdam(45 min. rijden), Den Haag, Rotterdam en Utrecht(25 min.) De woning is sfeervol ingericht en biedt plaats aan 6 personen. Vanuit de ruime masterbedroom kijkt u zo over het water. Ook de overige 3 slaapkamers hebben een prachtig uitzicht. De moderne badkamer is voorzien van een ligbad en een douche.

This lovingly refurbished cottage sits in the middle of the Dutch polder landscape. With triple aspect views of fields, there is always something to see, whether it is farmers in action, cows grazing or a kestrel hovering. The area is popular with cyclists, walkers and birdwatchers, yet famous cities such as Gouda and Rotterdam are only a short car journey away. Please do note we are not close to any public transport links. The perfect place to relax or be as active as you like.

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands!
