Kom genieten van deze vrijstaande moderne woning met prachtig uitzicht op de Reeuwijkse plas Elfhoeven. Wake up in the morning to the sound of birds and the rooster, yet within 20 minutes you're in the heart of Utrecht either by car or bus or tram, busstop at 2 minutes walk, a 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre and to the old town. Bikes are available to use.

Located at the waters edge lies Dijkcottage. This 6-person thatched cottage offers plenty peace and quiet. The cottage includes a fenced garden, right on the water where you can catch fish. Dijkcottage is located on a park called 'De Poldertuin' and because of its location it provides complete privacy.
