Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. The superking bed, which can be converted into twin beds upon request, is topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious night's sleep. All apartments possess full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machines, free WiFi, TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms, and Amazon Echo devices. The generously proportioned wet rooms contain rain and handheld showers and heated towel rails, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. The Old Dairy, “a unique, romantic retreat”

The Old Dairy is a beautiful self-contained little cottage with a secluded patio & sunny garden enjoying stunning views. Part of, Grade II listed, Churchtown Farm (a non working Farm) dating from 1690. Located in the lovely village of St Ewe, with its 16th century pub, offering great food, approx. 1 mile from the Lost Gardens of Heligan & 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey. Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

Sandy Feet Retreat...A lovely touring caravan, in a private garden, with a stunning sea view.

Sandy Feet Retreat is a basic,clean,warm caravan situated in the front garden of our house,Pine Ridge. It sleeps two,in a double bed,plus a child in the seating area. There is a kitchenette. All with sea views. There is a small bathroom, with a basin, shower, and cassette toilet (emptied and refilled each day by ourselves.) All bedding is provided. It is not perfect, but it is clean and dry,comfy and quiet with stunning views. It has a one ring electric hob(no grill/oven) microwave and fridge.

Unique 2 Bed Bungalow, Near Harbour with Parking

This unique, stylish and modern bungalow occupies a rare position adjacent to the inner harbour which can be glimpsed through its courtyard entrance. You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. An additional benefit is the parking spot directly outside the bungalow.
