Located on a quiet street in Bathurst, this comfortable home offers 2 bedrooms (one with its own lounge area), a kitchen, dining and living area, rear deck, and laundry near back door. The listing is for the main house only; the cottage next door is not included. One off-street parking space is provided. A third bedroom with two king single beds is available on request for an additional fee. 1 block from a café and a short drive to shops, Bathurst Golf Club and CSU. Enjoy your stay!

"Serendipity" boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, a sun-filled lounge area, brand new kitchen/dining and bathroom, all just a short walk to the city centre, university and Mt Panorama race track. The cottage offers off-street parking and large back garden. We also offer WiFi, a DVD player as well as an HDMI cable attached to the TV.
