There is a huge, elevated wraparound deck that is perfect for relaxing, coffee, drinks, BBQing, and just soaking up nature. All stress will be melted away within 5 minutes of arrival.

The Cozy Brick Nest

Have a peaceful relaxing stay in our charming brick rancher. This little charmer is on just a little over one acre of land. Nap or read bit on the front porch or just soak in some sun. The house is only a few miles from the center of Calhoun and about two miles from Gordon Hospital. This home is completely remodeled with a nice kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Hardwood and LVP floors throughout. If you are a musician, there is a baby grand piano in the living room that we'd love you to play on.

This community includes 2 pools, multiple tennis courts, gym, the resort's private CREEK BEACH (a must see), stocked lake and creek access. Main resort entrance is directly across from Carters Lake Marina.

The getaway

Half mile from I-75, convenient to many chain and locally owned restaurants. Very private but we live next door for quick response if needed. Dog friendly with a doggy door leading out to a private well lit fenced in side yard. We take great pride in making sure our little house is clean and comfortable for our guests. No cleaning fee nor is there a pet fee. ( We LOVE dogs ) But please do not leave dogs unattended, you must take them with you when going away even for short amounts of time.
