Great stay. Close to Jarrods Place Bike park which is perfect for MTB get-aways! Food within 10-15 min drive with great options.

This house was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving weekend. It was was clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect with multiple neighborhood amenities and the view from the back porch over the lake is stunning - especially if you catch the sunrise. Quick and easy communication with Mike. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood with a view of John’s Mountain to the west. The electric fireplace was a nice touch over the Christmas holidays. There were plenty of towels, washcloths and other supplies for our lengthy stay. We liked Dubs Barbecue, Christian & Jake’s and Doro’s Italian restaurants. Heidi answered all of our questions quickly.

Beautiful location. Cabin is comfy and is well stocked. Cindy is proactive and communicative. Don’t hesitate to book if you’re coming to Rome!

My friends and I had an amazing staycation! We had a great time kayaking, relaxing in the hot tub, and enjoying the pool. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The host’s communication was prompt and seamless. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay was great! There was 14 of us and the home was extremely accommodating for everyone. Plenty of space and great views just as advertised. I hope to book this home again in the future.

We loved the cabin! It was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely bring a different vehicle next time, had a little bit of a hard time maneuvering on the mountain roads to get up to the cabin. Steep downhill and inclines. The house was comfortable for 15ppl. Plenty of space. There was a few glitches, but nothing too major. We should've gotten the pool heated but the sun helped keep us warm. Parking is strict so if you have more than 4 cars, park at the university up the street...it was easy. We had everything we needed.

This was our second stay at this residence. Laura was responsive, communicative and flexible - especially when it came to our arrival and departure times. Location to Berry College is convenient (maybe a 10 minute drive) and the house meets all of my families needs. Already booked for two other stays this fall. Highly recommend.

From check in to check out, this place was great. Awesome location, less than 10 minutes to the convention center. Extremely clean, there is a no shoes in the house rule that really helps make this place feel like home. The steps are steep going up and down to the bedrooms but that is common in this area due to the terrain. 4 large bedrooms upstairs, 3 share a bathroom that has extra sink outside the toilet, bathtub, and sink area. The other bathroom is in the master suite which has an amazing closet. Bonus, There is a workout room upstairs! The main floor has an eat in kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room and a billiards room. 2 car garage access, fire pit and deck. Pictures don’t do this listing justice. Would be perfect for a longer term stay. Will definitely book next time!!

I CANNOT say enough great things about this rental and host! They have gone above and beyond with extra touches. The place is pristine! We have our 4 adult children with us and had the best weekend. Hiking, kayaking, wineries, night time fires and games! It was just what we needed to rest and recharge! We are already organizing when we can book another weekend! Don’t hesitate to book this!

This is a great basement apartment! Lots of space- we even had an extra room for our baby to sleep which was fantastic. Easy to get the room dark since there are no windows!

Melissa, place is awesome. One of the very best price to performance properties I have ever stayed at. I would definitely stay there again. The place is adorable. Well provisioned, great parking, AC and plenty of hot water. Immaculately clean.

Very nice townhome. Clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies. The kitchen was particularly well appointed. I would recommend the twin beds be used for children as they aren’t as comfortable as the king and queen beds. Also, we could not get the Wi-Fi to work, despite asking for help. Overall great stay and I would definitely return.

Geovanny’s house was the best fit for our weekend trip to Dalton. It was a very peaceful neighborhood and was very close to lots of different restaurants. Everything was very comfortable and it was really nice staying here. I’d keep this place in mind next time we visit Dalton!

David is a wonderful host and the house met our needs perfectly!

The cottage was a good place for us to stay while in town for a conference. Very clean, comfortable beds, thoughtful details, well stocked kitchen and nicely designed. Very convenient place and loved being able to go to the Keithsburg restaurant each morning for breakfast which is an experience of local Canton. Everyone was very friendly. One thing to mention is this is close to a busy road and you can hear when larger vehicles pass so if you are light sleeper have ear plugs but it dies down at night. We didn't have any issues sleeping.

The host Kenny was amazing. His cabin accommodated my family of 5 needs in space, location, bedrooms and baths. The scenery in this community and around this cabin was fantastic. Especially seeing deer everywhere. Big Canoe as a community is phenomenal and very family orientated. Lots to do . Can’t wait to plan another vacation here.

We felt at home! Rachel was on top of any need we may have. I took my 85 year old grandmother with me, Rachel checked on Granny several times to make sure she was comfortable with everything. We really appreciated her making sure we were comfortable and pleased with everything. Rachel was a great host! We couldn't be more pleased. The family is planning a trip in October. We will be staying there again if it’s available. If you are looking for a peaceful place to spend the weekend, I would most definitely recommend staying here.
