Joli appartement face à la mer avec balcon plein sud dans une résidence sécurisée avec parking. Tout confort. 1er étage sans ascenseur. Appartement rénové disposant d'une chambre avec un lit double 140X190. Climatisation, Wifi. "La Résidence" se situe en face de la plage de sable du Grand Vallat, avec un accès à une plage privée disposant d'une pergola. Terrain de boules, table de Ping Pong et transats sont disponibles. Situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et de ses commerces.

Stunning Apartment in the Port of Nice.

Philibert is close to The Port of Nice. Place Garibaldi, The old town of Nice. Transport links. Place du Pin. Port village. The sea and harbour. Four parks. Promenade Anglaise! The beach, the city center, art and culture, great views. You’ll love this place because of the neighbourhood, the light, the ambiance. Superb duplex old Antibes very central AC, terrace

Located right in the center of old Antibes, this charming duplex has on the ground floor a sitting-room, an open well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with 160x200 bed and a bathroom with bathtub/shower, sink and toilets and on the first floor the entrance to the terrace and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The terrace is large enough to sit 4 people for aperitif and more. It has all the comfort one wants to enjoy Antibes with AC at both level. It is unique, central and stylish.

Beautiful apartment of 90m2, spacious and quiet in the secured luxurious residence with concierge. Nice terrace with the garden view. Pool. Independent kitchen fully equipped with bay windows overlooking the terrace. 2 grand bedrooms with the large balcony and 2 bathrooms, the entrance with the independent WC. Very good situation, no need of a care. 950 m from the Palais du Festival, 650 m from the train station, 800 m from beaches. Free parking place in the basement garage.

Gorgeous 2 bedrooms, sunny balconies, Harbor area.

In a secure residence, this comfortable and very bright 61 m2 apartment has 2 beautiful bedrooms (beds: 160 x 200 cm), on the 4th and last floor with elevator, entirely overlooking the courtyard, fully air-conditioned, with 2 pretty balconies, completely renovated with taste, by an interior decorator. Excellent location: 10 mins walk from the Plage de la Réserve, 300 meters from the 2 Tram lines and only 30 minutes from the airport. For your children: cot included!
