Had a small 3-person crew working out of town that needed a place closer to a rural project. The team enjoyed their short, 2-night stay and said it was extremely comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the cabin was perfect. Very very clean, and beautifully finished - wood interior was lovely and cabin was extremely well insulated and cozy. Deck was an added bonus and the kitchen was well stocked. We hope to be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Coal Cabin! Taisa was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and welcoming. The cabin itself was beautiful, cozy, and spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. We especially loved spending time around the fire pit, and the basement was the perfect spot to hang out and unwind. The shuffleboard table was a big hit and added a fun touch to our stay. Highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable getaway. We definitely would be back!

Our family and friends enjoy staying at this cozy cabin. My kids enjoyed the outside swing, zip line, monkey bar rope, singing to the deer outside the house, campfire, and exploring the property. The spacious kitchen is good for a big crowd. Large table is great for puzzling and painting. Beautiful property for walks. We look forward to next time.

Beautiful house near the river. Close to Sundre.

An amazing cabin tucked into the trees, less than 30 seconds to the river. This place is perfect for people wanting to get away from the city and still wanting to have most amenities. We will be back! Daniel was also a great host, quick to respond and very helpful. Thanks again!

We had such a wonderful time at the 3 flamingoes. The accomodations were beautiful, the decor was absolutely lovely. We felt right at home for our entire stay. Will definitely be going back in the future!

Second stay here at “the rec base” with my lady and our 2 dogs. It was wonderful. This time we stayed in the dead of winter and it was so peaceful and quiet. We bundled up and walked the property, sat by the fireplace, put on some music and enjoyed some REAL down time. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise. We’re already planning our next stay. :-)

This house is absolutely beautiful. It was clean, and had everything we needed for our elopement wedding! It went above and beyond what we hoped for as we booked it site unseen. This place will make you want to move to Nordegg. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were spotless and enough pillows and blankets for the coldest nights. Can't wait to go back for our anniversary someday. Thank you Steve!

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is peaceful and close to beautiful nature spots, which made our trip even more special. Communication with the host was excellent – very friendly and responsive. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and clear instructions. Peaks and Creeks is such a gem! It's in a beautiful location & the house is exactly as described. The pictures don't actually do it justice - it is so quaint & full of character. Hosts were very responsive & helpful.
