Welcome to our beautiful & quiet studio apartment located in the Denver Tech Center area. Enjoy the peaceful and beautiful location, close to downtown, 10min walk to restaurants and the light rail station. Workout in the Gym and relax in the pool (summer only). Our amazing studio is fully furnished and clean, includes a coffee maker, cable TV, internet, office desk and much more than just a comfy place to lay your head. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

A small studio apartment, perfect place to rest you head after a day of fun in Denver. Great location close to public transportation/Denver's light rail system. Bathroom is recently renovated, with a tub/shower combo. Easy self check in with detailed instructions. Free parking, close to the highway. Access to community work out space year round and pool during the summer time.

Boulder/Twin Lakes with Great Light

Renovated with great light, vaulted ceiling, new deck, and mature trees. A 10-minute walk by a beautiful lake with bird watching and views brings you to the dog-friendly Avery Restaurant Brewery. Smoking & parties are not allowed. Young families are nearby. Dogs are welcome, but strict rules apply. Please read them carefully before booking. A co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage. This is my home 2/3 of the year.
