An Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic time staying at Sergio’s place! The apartment was exactly as described – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming from the very first moment. What really made this stay special was Sergio himself. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He shared so many great local tips – from hidden restaurants and cafes to must-see sights that aren’t in the typical tourist guides. Thanks to his advice, I got to experience the city like a local, and it made all the difference. The location was perfect: quiet, safe, and within walking distance of everything I needed. Communication was fast, easy, and super friendly throughout. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much, Sergio, for being such a thoughtful and generous host!

Amazing stay very peaceful and comfortable

I had a wonderful stay! For a solo traveler, this was a very safe location and great for the length of time I stayed. Phil and Suzy were so friendly and kind and gave great recommendations for the area. Walkable to downtown Coconut Grove! Private area next to main home and beautiful garden area that has been updated since previous photos I saw which were also great! Thank you for a great stay!

Clean place in a quiet neighborhood! Very friendly host!

We had a great time. Although the place is small, it has all you need, including washer and drier, large fridge, equipped kitchen, patio with a tub (see pictures) and a large grill, WIFI. The host was very responsive. Great location, less then 5 minute walk from the beach. We (two adults +two teenagers) stayed for two weeks and were comfortable in the space.

The cottage is very cute and easy to get there from the driveway. We felt very safe in her neighborhood. It was very quiet and even though the space is small it's very functional. There are many little features like mini kitchen with sink and microwave, a small table with two chairs, great A/C that's quiet and very cool, and room darkening shades that really keep the sunlight from coming in. My husband enjoyed sitting under the awning and enjoying Janessa's beautifully landscaped and well maintained back yard. I would definitely stay here again!

This tiny house, nestled in a beautiful yard with a hammock is the perfect place for a get away in the city. The host was responsive and friendly, the house is small but well equipped and very cozy. The bed is surprisingly comfortable. I had to leave early due to work, and the host was extremely accommodating and understanding. I really hope to be able to rent this next time I’m in town!

Kiara has a creative space. It's very thought out and has everything you need. Anything you run out of is restocked right away. She is very kind and responsive. I was here for a construction job and stayed 4 months without any issues. It's a great location off of I-95 and near the Aventura mall. I recommend if this is the area you are looking for and if you need an all in one extended stay. Thanks Kiara!

Gabby and Mario’s place was extremely clean and near several restaurants. Also an 8 min drive to the beach was exactly what I was looking for, extremely peaceful area and great hosts!

Kevin was very polite and responsive. This is a great spot for the price. Quiet,super clean,bed was comfy,private, even a spot for your vehicle on the property. would definitely come back next time I'm in town again.

Everything about Melissa's place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The neighborhood is quiet other than road noise from I95. I loved seeing the lizards in the mornings when we left. The home itself is spacious and supplied with everything you need and things one could forget (the supplied hair dryer saved me!!). Would definitely book this location again.

Tout était parfait! le chalet était très bien agencé et les extérieurs étaient splendides! Marsha a toujours été réactive lorsqu'on lui a posé des questions et elle a été extrêmement arrangeante lors de notre départ! un super moment ♥️

Glamping 305 is charming and cozy. Bed is super comfortable, very peaceful and quiet. And the nespresso machine was a bonus! We loved our stay here and would definitely return the next time in North Miami. Thank you Alfredo :)

angel & barry were incredible hosts offering an equally incredible space! exactly as described & everything you could want or need, this is truly a home away from home. they were so responsive and helpful, going above & beyond to make me feel safe & taken care of as a solo female traveler. the space was clean & had every extra amenity you could need from an iron & ironing board to a hair dryer. the neighborhood is quiet & idyllic, only a 3-minute drive or ~20 walk to the beach. everything about my stay was easy & enjoyable, exactly what you’d look for when you’re on vacation. if i ever come back to this area, i would only ever stay with angel & barry again. i couldn’t ever say enough positive things about these hosts & their listing!

Mi estadía fue excelente. La casa estaba impecablemente limpia, muy bien equipada y decorada con mucho detalle. Todo estaba en perfectas condiciones. Dormí muy bien, la cama era extremadamente cómoda y todo en el espacio transmitía confort y cuidado. La ubicación es ideal y el vecindario muy tranquilo. El anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y respondió rápido a cualquier duda. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar y me encantaría volver. ¡Gracias por todo!
