The parking permit is available upon request. Second bed for two guests onetime fee is $40. No cleaning fee. No parties. Live like a Georgetown resident! You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village. No bikes!!

You likely won’t see or hear me unless you need something.
