With 25 years of wonderful holidays there we hope we’ve thought of everything should the Cumbrian weather keep you indoors. There’s ping pong, a full-sized snooker table, darts, table football, countless games and the famous (at least in our household) Bridge End Beech Curling in the barn. In 2.5 acres of its own land, sometimes shared with sheep and red deer.

We are located in Patterdale, on the southern tip of Ullswater and at the foot of Helvellyn. Our location is perfect for bagging a Wainwright or two, running a Lakeland trail, doing the Helvellyn Triathlon or going for a trip on an Ullswater Steamer, a great starting point to walk Helvellyn & Striding Edge . We are enroute for both Wainwright's C2C walk and the Ullswater Way. Built in 1902, this self contained apartment was historically the station end of Patterdale Police Station.
