We have stocked the house to include everything you need for a large group to cook, entertain, and enjoy your time together. Enjoy time in our backyard with our fire pit or grill and outdoor dining for your crew. Must be 25+ to book. No parties.

Experience a true Colorado getaway with this custom built Scandinavian inspired A-frame, nestled on the Palmer Divide, located only 15 min to Colorado Springs & 30 min to S Denver. You will feel secluded within the pines with views to die for. You might see wildlife walking by while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the hot tub or cozied up in a blanket. First bottle of wine on us! Hiking trails are minutes drive from the cabin. Make sure to relax & make lots of memories. 😊

A glamping retreat—no extra fees! "King's Quarters" includes a king bed and outdoor bathroom, nestled right beside the creek, with a pergola deck and private backroom with hot tub. Enjoy $450 in free enhancements—propane, cooler & ice, homemade wine or kombucha, early check-in/out, pet & cleaning, and more. NOTE: King's Quarters has been winterized for the season. The hot tub is still hot, but water has been unhooked. Heaters, extra blankets, and a water thermos will be added for you.

Our Boho Basement is a great accommodation at an affordable price. Conveniently located 1 mile off interstate, our walkout basement is a unique place to rest and enjoy. Come up our country driveway, pass the barnyard and pull in parallel right in front of the Boho Basement. You'll go in the walkout basement through your own private entrance, and you'll love coming back out to sit on the peaceful patio or to stretch your legs on the Santa Fe Trail. Our family has lived on this gorgeous, treed 5-acre property for over twenty years. Back then we were considered the outskirts of town.
