This unique home is a bright, clean, cozy ..sleeps 4 max. Located in the Trendy inner city neighbourhood of Killarney. Close to all amenities, parks, pools, shopping, transit. It is walking distance to MRUniversity and easy access to mountains. *******I list as entire space but have a unique position. I am flight crew and do sometimes stay in the home. We welcome you to our beautiful Garden Oasis within our renovated home. This 1,000 sq ft bright, airy sunny walkout suite is completely private from the upstairs suite. You will have your own backyard entrance with a keypad to allow you into the suite. Both large bedrooms have their own full 3 piece ensuite. The ceilings are 9’ so it’s lovely and doesn’t even feel or look like a basement suite. If you enjoy to BBQ there is a gas BBQ on your own patio. Shade and sun! Loads of comfort!
