Big Hole River Retreat Bear Bungalow Luxury Cabin

Come enjoy our favorite self contained cabin. The cozy bear decor makes for a special and fun stay. Like our other cabins, it is a short walk to a 1/2 mile access of the famous Big Hole River. We are just a short drive from many hiking trails and alpine lakes. We are conveniently located off of I-15 in between Dillon and Butte. It is the perfect hub for your family vacation or singles adventures. The cabin has super comfy beds and furniture to relax at the end of an amazing adventurous day!

The Silo on the Big Hole River

This unique silo was originally used to store grain and has been converted into a beautiful cabin. The silo is located on the banks of the beautiful Big Hole River. Step out the front door and cast a line into this blue ribbon fishing stream. You will be staying on a working agriculture facility which is home to cattle, pigs, horses, dogs, cats and a curious rooster. As a bonus, there are several secluded fishing spots you will have access to. Come enjoy this very unique part of Montana!

The views are spectacular and the cabin is very serene. Have breakfast on your deck, enjoy a barbecue meal or sit by the fire inside of this perfect setting. It has a single bedroom with 1 queen bed, tv, dresser and a walk in closet. The living room has a gas fireplace, large tv and futon.

Blacktail Retreat is a charming cabin perfect for anyone wanting to get away from it all & indulge in Montana Big Sky views. The cabin is situated 4 miles south of Dillon w/great views & tons of elbow room. Nestled in the Beaverhead Valley, the cabin offers incredible views of several mountain ranges & is only minutes from world class fishing on the Beaverhead & Big Hole Rivers. Ruby Meadows Ranch Sheep Wagon

For the adventure traveler, try a night or two in a sheep wagon. Home on wheels to early sheep herders in the mountains of Montana, this hand built wagon sits on our 30 acre homestead. Finished under canvas with tongue and groove pine, this very small space offers a unique lodging experience. Inside is a nice queen size bed, 2 bench seats, and a pull out dining table. Enjoy mountain views from the outside bench, rocker & fire pit. Bathroom facilities in our nearby shop.

The Ranch House

Welcome to The Ranch House, our newly renovated vacation home near the Big Hole River. Conveniently located half way between the communities of Melrose and Glen, and the Salmon Fly and Browns Bridge Fishing Access points. The two bedroom home is the perfect landing spot for fly fisherman, hunters, families or anyone looking to get away for a while. Easy access off of Interstate 15, thirty minutes in either direction from Butte (to the north) and Dillon (to the south).

This is a beautiful cabin with modern touches, clean lines, and spectacular mountain views via massive windows. The cabin takes its name from one of the peaks you'll see right out your window, Alturas 1 (Our 2 BR cabin is named for the next peak to the north... Alturas 2. Stay in our Gala Cabin on a WORKING (formerly Amish) farm in rural southwest Montana—complete with access to a wood-fired barrel sauna. This is a true farm experience—rustic, grounded, and one-of-a-kind. The cabin is off-grid (solar), so power is limited at times. Expect open land, animals, and the rhythms of farm life (including guardian dogs at night). Located 17 minutes south of I-90 near hot springs and hiking.
