The location, the building and the apartment are all perfect. Host was excellent- had an issue with the air-con and he immediately brought people over to fix it. Will definitely stay here every time we visit Melbourne. Thank you Ethan!

Great place close to southern cross station. There’s also a lot of good Asian restaurants on the street. Very responsive and helpful host.

Outstanding Hosts! The week leading upto the stay the team were always on standby to lend a hand! The apartment in itself is 12/10 space really well used with outstanding views. Everything we had planned was within a 10min walk of the apartment. The whole process was simplified, easy and communication is unmatched!! Will defs be staying here again!! Thanks again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My partner and I booked this place for our anniversary and fell in love with how peaceful and lovely it was to stay here! We enjoyed that everything was pretty much in walkable distance, and the restaurants in the area were great! The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa though as the weather was much too cold for the beach. The host was also very friendly and responsive when needed - we would love to stay at this place again in future. 10/10.

Great beach house close to shops and the beautiful Dromana foreshore. Everything you need for a very comfortable holiday.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

This house was pretty clean and spacious. It was in a perfect location for us. Vince was very responsive and was clear with instructions and any potential issues with the house (we didn’t have any). Great place to stay.

Very happy with our stay here. Check-in was a breeze - it is with at Hotel but it's just next door so not inconvenient whatsoever. The place itself was very spacious. Bedrooms were comfortable with A/C available for 2 out of the 3. The downstairs living room area is a bit on the smaller side, but there's another one right upstairs with an even bigger TV and couch. We loved that they supplied milk, juice, cereal, bread, snacks, and butter/jam/vegemite to welcome us into the home. The in-unit laundry is also extremely helpful for those staying awhile in Melbourne. The location is pretty good. While West Melbourne is generally a little bit "out of the way" from CBD, you're only a 10 minute walk to the Queen Victoria station which gets you access to the free tram. Or, you're less than a 3 minute walk to the nearest station if you want to pay fare. The only thing we had issue with was the wifi not reaching the bedrooms. We were out most of the day anyway so it didn't impact us much.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This was our third time staying at this amazing property, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The home is always so well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay effortless and relaxing. The owners are absolutely wonderful—attentive, thoughtful, and clearly take great pride in managing the property. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything regarding our booking was clear and well communicated prior to our arrival. Our early check in was accommodated easily, and we were welcomed and shown around additional accessible facilities in the building. While we didn’t end up using the pool or outdoor area, we would definitely consider coming again at key times such as New Years for the amazing views. The apartment was as described, clean, and comfortable. One bedroom window whistled during a slightly windy evening, however, the sound didn’t last long. In all , we would recommend.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Beautiful place, great view and a great place for accessing transport

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!
