Located within the historic Leoni Palace, dating back to the 14th century, Casa Manina sul Ponte is a luxurious and pictoresque 75 sqm apartment. Positioned at the canal bridge level. The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a compact bathroom with shower and premium amenities. A small romantic attic, with a private terrace, well-kept and full of light thanks to the windows overlooking the Venetian roofs. You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

The flat is located in the Castello district, the most populous and lively in Venice, well served by public transport, near the Biennale. The entrance is on Via Garibaldi, a lively street full of shops, restaurants and typical Venetian 'bacari'. The building is located in front of the monumental entrance to the historic Napoleonic Gardens. A pleasant walk will take you to St. Mark's Square, while a few minutes by vaporetto will take you to the Lido with its beautiful beaches.

Its central location allows you to easily reach major attractions on foot, such as St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, and it is only 5 minutes from the Biennale. Casa terra-cielo, luminosa, silenziosa e arricchita da vivaci tocchi di colore, è l’ideale per una coppia. Puo' ospitare fino a 4 persone dato che vi è un comodo divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno ma attenzione che il bagno si trova al piano superiore e per accedervi bisogna passare davanti alla camera da letto open space.

Siamo due sorelle Claudia e Chiara, nate e cresciute nella Venezia più autentica. Apparteniamo alla sesta generazione di veneziani della nostra famiglia. Insieme a mamma Marisa e papà Carlo, vi apriamo le porte del nostro appartamento che si trova nel cuore del Sestiere di Castello, a due passi dalla Biennale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e a due fermate di vaporetto dalla spiaggia del Lido di Venezia.
