Situated in Arakapas village.Arakapas village is located Northest of the town of Limassol just 20 minutes to the main haiway Limassol-Nicosia and to the sea. It's a small quiet village with about 400 people living there. There are coffee shops,butcher and Tavern. Five minutes from the village you can found a supermarket, patiserie and bakery. It's the best place to relax away from the town

Upper House

A unique, big, bright, and airy space with parquet floors, king size bed, big balcony often used as an office, plenty of wardrobes, a storage room, kitchen and bathroom, great water pressure and fast WiFi. With the house comes a yard with lemon and mandarin trees, big front and back verandas, lots of parking space, easy access to the highway, bus stops, kiosks, shops, cafes, bakeries, fruit and veg market in walking distance, 5 minute drive to Marina and Ladies Mile beach.

Mountain house - Amazing view

A beautiful family-owned house in Karvounas cottages. It is situated in a spectacular location in the heart of Cyprus (10' from Troodos, 35' from Limassol, 50' from Nicosia ). With it's unique location, you can enjoy the sun without feeling the heat. It is a perfect choice for guests who want to relax and also for guests who want to travel all around Cyprus!! All our guests are able to check a guidebook which shows great places to visit that only local people know!

3 Bed house with ground floor bedroom

Lovely 3 bedroom house which is extremely well equipped, includes a ground floor bedroom if any of your group has trouble with stairs, or would just like direct access to the patio which has a 6 seater table , bbq and corner settee. The communal swimming pool is extremely well maintained and the beach is just a 10 minute walk. All rooms have air conditioning and every window and patio doors have fly screens. The house is registered with the Ministry of Tourism.

Built in 1890 , the listed property lies in the heart of the beautiful village. An exceptionally graceful 4 bedroom traditional 400 sq.m building with an inner courtyard and lush garden. The two storey house is built with the limestone and soil offering coolness in summer and warmth in winter. The house has been in the family for many generations. Its first renovation dates back to 1929 by my grandfather, recently masterfully renovated.
