Restored historic dairy barn (1910) on Charlotte’s Run, a retired Hudson Valley farm affectionately known as the (foster) Puppy Farm, whose use includes rehabilitating dogs via Mr. Bones & Co., a 501(c)3 nonprofit. This 400 sq ft studio cottage and deck offer Catskill Mountain sunsets and seclusion, one mile from Main Street, featuring Otto’s market, Universal Cafe, a wine shop, laundromat and more. Cottage has a full kitchen, clawfoot tub, penny tile shower, front porch, dining room and large living room. Truly peaceful and lovely.

Once an apple storage barn, this recently remodeled loft features two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, beautiful original pine floors, gas fireplace, central air, cook’s kitchen, and a large outdoor deck overlooking open fields and a pond. We are dog friendly up to 2 dogs. There is a $50.00 fee per dog. NO CATS.
