Welcome to “Surfside Serenity,” a fresh, modern and well-appointed 2 bed, 1.5 bath condo only only 1.5 miles to the beach! 1st floor unit - NO stairs! The space sleeps 4 adults comfortably & can accommodate up to 6 if you’d like to utilize the queen sleeper sofa for an amenity charge. We are a privately owned condo in Grand Palms Resort, but their shuttle and extras are not included with this listing. You will enjoy parking for 2 cars, WiFi, premium cable and a safe, quiet space to call home.

Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

Lovely Lavender Cottage

Ready to retreat to the country? Cozy up to the fire pit in the yard or have a cocoa by the fireplace while you relax on our 200 acre farm deep in the woods away from the hustle and bustle. Bring the pups and let them run free or swim in the pond. You can snuggle a baby goat and cook a hearty soup from our local veggie basket. If you dream of a retreat where you can hear the birds sing and watch the leaves fall, this is your place. Walk down the holly trail and gather wildflowers, unplug!

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.

The home has so many restaurants close by it will be hard to choose. There are fishing charters close by as well as golf and all Myrtle Beach and Huntington State beach is just down the street.
