Noah and wife were very wonderful hosts, as a former farm girl turned city girl, it was a beautiful location and lovely change of pace. You get to see farm animals and beautiful scenery. I was with my 5 year old and he absolutely adored it. Mittens, the farm dog was his highlight… She is the absolute sweetest. I had everything I needed to cook meals. My son‘s only comment was the water was too cold because he is used to city water which heats up instantly. The shower is also on propane so can be inconsistent at times, but it was a fun adventure. The description does say tub, but there was only a shower so keep that in mind. We got a beautiful tour of the farm and my little got to help with some farm chores. Noah was very helpful with bringing extra heaters, kids toys and introducing his grandkid to play with mine. Communication was wonderful and they were very kind to us! It was rainy and muddy and the house was set up with mud rug and felt very safe. I would stay again!

Great stay at Avonlea Inn and Gardens! Amy is a wonderful host. Beautiful house with all the needed amenities. Close to local parks. Would definitely stay here again.

We are currently doing a long-term stay at Jake's property. He is super responsive, accommodating, and just a friendly guy. This property was clearly recently renovated, and was nicely done. Highly recommend!

Thoughtfully renovated and a great location. Two short blocks to the square and a nice coffee shop that had a good and inexpensive breakfast. A winter storm swept through the area during our stay. I was impressed that there were no drafts in this historic home. Speaks to the quality of the renovations. The driveway was plowed first thing in the morning, and so were the sidewalks. Power was out all over the county but ours only flickered briefly. Glad we had such a comfortable spot to weather the storm!

It met our expectations and served in full purpose for us, we enjoyed our time there with possible plans to return in the fall.

We were looking for a peaceful weekend getaway and that is what we got! The place was clean and felt like home. Had a great view of the lake and sunset. Would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at your ab&b. it was close to where I had to go while I was there. The place was very nice & the bed was cozy. I'm sorry that I left with the parking pass( lesson learned). I was just making sure I didn't leave anything. I would recommend that place to anyone. Thank U

Great value, great location, the building itself is a little dirty and run down but not bad enough that it should deter anyone from staying here. The biggest concern was that from after 10p on Saturday there were a few shady people sort of congregating right at the main door, smoking and clearly intoxicated, and they were obstructing the security screen to enter, which was needlessly stressful as I did need to ask them to please move but still had them hanging over me as I entered the code ... I was then hit up for money in that vulnerable position ... I don't hold this against the host, but I can tell this is a building full of Airbnb properties. I'd hope they'd group together to figure out how to make the property entrance feel more secure. As I was here on my own this trip, no concerns but if I were with my partner, I would have been a bit worried of a confrontation and a little embarrassed. I'd still chance it again however, families should be aware as it was a bit unsavory.

Great stay. Clean, spacious guest suite. View of lovely yard outside. Very friendly and hospitable host (who even went the extra mile to return a lost earring to me!). This place is a short, pleasant walk to one of Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s highlights, the Brandywine Falls. A convenient jumping off point for exploring the National Park as well as nearby Cleveland and Canton attractions. We’d definitely stay here again if visiting the area. Thank you, Wade.

I stayed here for 3 months & Paula was a wonderful host that always responded quickly. It is an upstairs apartment but I never heard the downstairs neighbors (which is perfect as a night shifter). I felt safe in the neighborhood & there were plenty of things to do. I would absolutely stay here again.

The place had every comfort and the hosts are conscientious and eager to please. I slept well and enjoyed being in the location close to my destination.

I stayed in this space for a month while I was on clinical rotations, and it served every need I had to live comfortably for that time. Plus, the space was so cute and welcoming, I felt right at home and settled in very quickly. Grace was also very responsive to the handful of questions I did have.
